We were hungry on the road and getting hungry. What to eat. So many choices at so many exits. What tasted good that you haven't had for a while? How about a Burger King Whopper with fries and a drink. The drive thru line was pretty quick. The the people were southern polite. The service was quick. The first bite brought back my taste buds memory! Note: it takes a particular skill set to eat a Whopper while driving the interstate. A partner is very useful in keeping you focused.

The manager Jerome, doesn't care about the customers or giving any kind of service at all. I ask him where's my food, and he laughs at me. Never again, if you don't care about the customers why in the holy hell should we care about coming here ever again? Worst manager ever. I went to drive thru placed an order. Ordered OJ with breakfast. We don’t got OJ. so I ordered coke. She said we don’t got coke. I asked what drinks do you have, she said everything but OJ and coke. I told her never mind and backed out and went in side. I asked to speak to the manager. This big woman came from the back smiled and said she was the manager. So I asked if she was the rude person at drive up? She said she wasn’t rude. Kept telling me have a blessed day very sarcastic. I left she proceeded to follow me out the door. I feared for my life, rolled up my window and left.I reported her to corporate, but I haven’t heard anything yet.

Drove up at 4:30pm, the place seemed deserted. Went in … an employee was sitting in a booth. We walked to the counter … not a soul in sight. Not a peep. Eventually, we hear a voice somewhere in the back and then someone appeared in the back by the prep area, then someone comes out from a door. More milling about … finally, a gal comes to a register. Not a word. She just looks at us. I come over (bc we were at one of the other registers) and say hi! Nothing from her. Deadpanned. I say my order, then my sister’s order … the food was stale. Fries cold. They had been in the bin. Who knows for how long. But the kicker: we ordered 2 sweet teas and a root beer. We get the sweet teas and I pick it up and I’m like … there’s no ice. I ask for ice. The response: we really don’t have much ice. Huh? She reluctantly gets me a small cup of ice. I sip the tea … ick. It was not tea. It had a mix of something carbonated. It was bad. We switched to lemonade - again with barely any ice. It was just such a bad experience. They weren’t overwhelmed with customers while we were there … we saw 2 cars come thru the drive thru the entire time. Just a bad experience.
I ordered a cheese whopper plain and the asked so lettuce tomato no plain and I got down the road and I had mayo and ketchup I HATE ketchup and they were vaping in the kitchen some people can't be around that I will never go there

Whopper didn’t have lettuce, tomato or cheese that I paid extra for. Snack wraps were the same story. They did an awful job. This is making me rethink my negativity towards fully automated fast food….
