The female standing at the counter would rather play with the condiments than assist the customer. She expects the customer to do all the work while she stands there just looking at you. She is very lazy. Not a good way to do business. She actually asked me if I knew how to use the machine to make my own order. Evidently she does not know how to use her own point of sale system to take an order. Extremely lazy.

Hard to believe I used to love Burger King as a kid. I was hungry, so I decided to try a couple of their items for breakfast. One thing service and quality are not job one for sure maybe not even job too.

The stupidity of the order taker was too much for me to handle, I went down the street to McDonalds
I asked for my cheeseburger to be cut in half and they had no issue doing it. Great service with a smile!!!!

After two further visits here, I need to update this review. When the location first opened. It was fantastic, I pulled into the drive-thru a few weeks ago and never got assistance, drove around the building and the employees were standing outside. They have two drive-thru Lanes, and we waited in the outside Lane along with a couple other cars and no one ever helped us, they just kept feeding the inside lane through. Had to move to that inside Lane to get any help.

I went to the drive thru ordered a breakfast sausage, egg, and cheese croissant. Food was hot and fresh and I received it fast. The young lady at the drive thru window was very professional. She had a bright smile and was very welcoming. I would definitely go back to this location to place an order.
