Food always bomb, but the lady at the front desk could use a lesson in customer service. I asked for all flat wings and she didn’t hear me, so when I got my order I asked for it to be rectified. Instead of her saying “I apologize I didn’t hear you ask for that, I’ll get that fixed as soon as possible for you”, she said “you didn’t say that, you never told me that” which comes off as accusatory, and proceeded to charge me a dollar for the flats. Not a fan of that. Everything otherwise is good from this place. I’ll be back!

Delicious! I normally get the wings from here but decided on something different so I ordered the fish and shrimp platter. Both were cooked to golden perfection with the right amount of seasoning. 1 piece of fish and 7 jumbo shrimp. That’s probably the only thing bad I could say about it. MOST not all you get two pieces of fish. To each is own. I did the loaded fries they were perfect as well.
The aesthetics of the place is awesome big tv with the game on. The cook is from Memphis and he told me; “I know yall got that good food down here but after you taste this Memphis flavor I know you’ll be back”. The price was normal in comparison to the other places around town. I believe my total came up to about 25.00 with the loaded fries and fish add on. So that’s not bad. Like I said other platters are full plates (2 pieces of fish) but regardless are you eat here you will be back. I’ve had the wings and will do a separate review of them another time but they don’t miss at all either. A drink doesn’t come with it but they got some fiya kool aid and a variety of other drinks.

All right I'm going to give my honest opinion about the delivery order I received from Cajun blazing. Service was great I even asked for celery that wasn't listed on the Uber Eats. They included a few pieces they could have included a few more. But they did include. The wings were well prepared they were cooked perfect. Their flavors were good but they could use a little tweaking. Their spicy barbecue had very minimal heat I would have just considered it barbecue. The buffalo ranch was also a little milder than I would have expected. But overall the food was good it was cooked well it arrived hot. Their sauces could use a little work. A few of the Wings had kind of a weird texture but I think it was just the bird that came from. Nothing to do with the restaurants quality itself. Overall I would definitely buy their wings again. I just wish their sauces would have a little more ump to them.

My son and I love this place. I always get the hot honey wings and he gets garlic Parmesan (wet). The house punch is amazing as well.

Yuck!; Don't go here. The wait was 45 minutes for burnt burgers, and super dry Jambalaya. The chicken strips were okay. But $2.50 for a bottled water and no fountain drinks. It was $32.32 terrible. What a waste of time and money. How can we get our money back? The good thing was we fed the homeless.

I normally get the catfish first time trying the hot honey and it wasn’t the best experience kinda disappointed.

Let’s start by saying I came from Chalmette to Slidell to try this place ,, heard of it from tik tok .. I placed my order at 4:29 and did not receive the food until 5:08 I’m very displeased that I’ve waited almost 40mins for a 10pc and fries and a cheeseburger

Everything we ordered was just okay. Nothing special about it. It was good but not great. Nothing really stood out to me. The blazing Cajun wings weren’t very spicy. Fish plate and Mac and cheese just okay. Food orders took sometime, I assume because everything is cooked to order but we were the only ones seated in the restaurant and still waited at least 15-20 minutes. I probably wouldn’t give it another shot.
