If you want a downtown yummy southern breakfast in Slidell, this is the place. There were customers who we could tell had become friends - regulars. It was exactly what we were looking for.

This restaurant has the best brunch in Slidell. The menue has a wide variety of items. I have tried many of them. I especially like the Cajun Breakfast and the Banana Nut Pancakes.
I ordered the seafood gumbo recently for a party. It was a hit!

the service and atmosphere was nice however the food not so much. the french toast bites were undercooked in the inside. the chicken and waffles were not good at all the chicken had weird smell to it and the strawberry shortcake pancakes were just soggy pancakes topped with whipped cream and cut up strawberries.

Camellia Cafe was a great choice for our little next state over day out breakfast! They have a exciting menu full of delicious items! I ordered the French Toast&Bacon! And it did not disappoint! Its like my own,the old fashioned recipe not just a milk/egg wash fried in butter! Delicious! There was 6 of us we all ordered something different and it was all very tasty! Service was great as well! We will be back&recommend you stop in and check it out for yourself! 👏👏👏🙂 Good Stuff!

It’s amazing how you can drive by a place for years and never realize the hidden gem waiting for you inside. That’s exactly how we felt walking into this restaurant for the first time. From the moment we stepped through the door, it didn’t just feel like another brunch spot, it felt like home.

The staff welcomed us with genuine smiles, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and every bite of food reminded us that we’d found something special. The seafood omelet? Absolutely incredible, hands down my new favorite dish.

Now, Sunday mornings have a whole new meaning for us. What used to be just another drive-by has become our new tradition, a place where great food meets heartfelt comfort.
