I absolutely love this business model! I wish there was one of these near me in DC. Huge portions, big drinks, cheap prices, amazing delicious menu, and to top it off, best service in the world. And I love that you can order whatever you want off that little device at the table. Super cool!

Initially I enjoyed Cheddars for the comfortability factors of food, service, atmosphere and accessibility. The food on my last visit stumbled to a 3. I'll enquire whether they've changed the cook. Disappointed driving from New Orleans.

That day's visit was fairly underwhelming. The food was uninspired. I know it's a chain, but y'all HAVE to look at your menu fairly regularly to keep up with food changes in general.

I went because a friend had passed away and the last time I saw her was when we ate at Cheddar's, so I was a little emotional. The waitress was wonderful! I'm writing this a week and a half after the visit, but I don't remember her name. She was great.
Anway, give the restaurant a deep clean, show me games I can play (or the kids, if I'm dining with any) for free, otherwise, we're on our phones playing games we already have FOR FREE! The croissants were amazing, as usual, but the rest of the menu needs a little revamp, rework, update...

This is my first time coming to this restaurant. Christmas Eve. Supposed to celebrate my anniversary wedding anniversary. I was not pleased with the service. I would not please with waiters having a cold and coughing, and it was just bad.

The staff was amazingly friendly, definitely will be coming back for the Buffalo Chicken Wrap and great service. The food is always delicious bartender made us great drinks while we waited for our food

Enjoyed the food, although my steak was way overcooked. Very hospitable employees from the host, to the to go person on the way out everyone was welcoming and thankful.

Ordered meals to go. Bit into a croissant and thought it had cheese inside. Nope, all croissants were completely raw on the inside. Absolutely disgusting! Please do better this is really unacceptable from a food establishment. I suggest everyone double check their food to make sure it’s even cooked completely!

Let me start with saying our server, Melissa T was great. I got the smokehoise burger. The top bunk was burned but sent out anyway. Other than that the food was ok. For the atmosphere, a few thing were off. the fish tank was cloudy. The booth we were sat at had a giant hole ripped out of the seat cushion. The worst part was the men's restroom. As soon as you walk in it smelled like a gas station bathroom. The urine smell was very strong and made me a bit nauseous.

Placed a ToGo order at Cheddar’s because our family love the food.

Received a text saying that the order would be ready for 6:46pm. We didn’t receive our order until 7:20pm. The food was cold, the croissants (order of 12) didn’t have any butter, and the strawberry lemonade tasted like water with strawberries in it.

Cheddars is the absolute best when it comes to affordable family dinner night out. If you go away hungry it's your fault. Always go home with food enough for next meal.

Placed an order for 2 croissants today (11.9) at 2:30pm. Got put on hold for 10 minutes just to place the order. I was finally able to get through and place it. Got to the restaurant to pick up the order and was told the girl working the bar would help me. I went to the bar and got ignored for 10 minutes. I finally had to yell across the bar to get her attention. The bartender finally comes over and asked me what I needed and I told her I was there for a pick up order. Her response was “that’s not my job but I’ll go get the girl” so she walks to the back and is back there for at least another 5 minutes. At this point a man is now standing beside me waiting also. Both the bartender and togo girl come up and the bartender tells the girl “she’s been waiting for a while” and pointed at me. The togo girl continued to ignore me and speaks to the man first who had just walked up. It wasn’t overly busy, but even if it had been, I don’t mind waiting…but being very obviously and purposefully ignored is what I’m upset about. This turned into at least a 20-30 minute wait for 2 croissants. Cheddars needs to retrain their people or hire some new ones.
