This location is the best! They were extremely nice and welcoming and made sure I was taken care of. I made an online pick-up order at the wrong location and they made everything better. This problem was fixed immediately. I’ve had a long day and this made my day with such empathy and gratitude! Huge shout out to Manger Savra and her amazing crew !

We had a party of 15 and they were so welcoming from the beginning. Sat us in our own area, very attentive to each of us. Made sure we all enjoyed everything, drinks were awesome also. Our server Jason C. was a new employee and he was outstanding at his job. The food was an A+

A great a place to take the kids and family very warm and welcoming my Salad was good but a small portion of fish that was broken but also the red beans was hard and the rice was hard but everything else was good the service was good ms Tony was very well with the service

The food was pretty ok. The mashed potatoes tasted spoiled. All the fish except the salmon is Swai, even what they list as white fish. The honey mustard dressing is really spicy, more like a sweet Dijon. The potato soup is excellent. The salmon is good. The rice is rice, nothing special. The strawberry lemonade is not sweet at all. They have the cheapest margaritas. The croissants are good but they need to be cooked more. You get a croissant per person and it's $1.99 for 2 extra. There is a veggie plate that states a soup or salad with 4 sides but if you get soup and pay to sub a side for a salad, you can not get 4 sides, on 2 with the soup or salad. Thats not on the menu so heads up. The onion rings are really good. Sorry no picks on this review. BE VERY VERY CAREFUL, THE FLOORS ARE EXTREMELY SLIPPERY! Use the carpet as much as possible or you will slide. They mentioned they will be upgrading soon due to the floors.

So I’ve been here before and the food was good. The reason for my low rating this time is because when I walked in today 7.19.25 it had an overwhelming smell of puke. There were hardly any people there because we showed up around 11:45 a.m. kinda early. It smelled so bad like sour milk and hot puke. The booth we got seated at was sticky and the wall the booth was against was stained from what looked like a child’s finger mash potato art. I mean they rent carpet cleaning machines and from what I know dollar tree has rags and cleaner … it doesn’t take much Cheddars. Very concerning that the dining area smells this bad.. makes you wonder what the areas you don’t go to smell/look like.

Just wanted to warn the good people of slidell if you eat here regularly. They have failed there inspections three times in a row and there kitchen is disgusting. Also they have cooks that will drop stuff on the floor and still send it out to yall. I really feel like they should be closed.

Definitely not what it used to be to. The quality has gone down. It’s very grimy and dirty in the restaurant. The food wasn’t good. But the DRINKs lol that’s the only reason I would go back just to have a drink or 2. That’s it that’s all. Cheddars use to be best place to go for a nice outing on a budget. I also use to work at one in college. Loved it and was excited to go when someone suggested it.

And help the poor fish that tank needs some TLC.

Cheddar’s what are you doing??? Use to be a good restaurant but this location is a joke. I ordered a rack of ribs, broccoli, and green beans. The ribs had an off taste and bone chips all over the meat, the ribs were served cold (definitely not in the safe zone), broccoli was ok, and the green beans were not good. The culinary manager who was proud to tell everyone who she was should probably spend more time in the kitchen and less time on the floor. Her kitchen is not in order so she has no business on the floor. I didn’t say anything because I will never return. I hope this message finds everyone well and can be used as a tool to train.

I'm not rating the food because the service was so bad I wasn't able to get to it before I got fed up.

Came in as a family of four. Requested a high chair at the front with the hostess. Didn't receive one. Requested it again with the waiter. Didn't receive one. Waited for more than 20 minutes and multiple requests. Nothing. Eventually made it happen on my own, by walking around the restaurant with my 1.5 year old and found my own high chair. Guess I need a paycheck for half an hour of work.

Placed our order and my wife's side salad came out first. No silverware on the table. Requested utencils from the staff. Staff brought out plasticware and mentioned that the kitchen didn't have any clean utensils. Wouldn't have been a problem if the other people that were sat after us, weren't presented with silverware.

Our food finally came out, my wife got the fried shrimp. There was hair in it.

Enough was enough. I grabbed all our things and left. Good luck everyone else
