My grandbaby say the chicken here is really good. But I don’t like chicken so I couldn’t tell you if that’s a fact. But the service is off the charts. It’s what a fast food restaurant should be.

Never going to here ever again. My first and last. I got an 8 count nuggets meal with fries and a salad. They charged me by accident of one extra fries and they also forgot my sauces AND salad dressing. Great. I have dry ass nuggets with my dry ass fries and a dry ass salad. Called them for a refund and they offered none. All they said was to come back but I don’t have the time to come back. Don’t go here when you’re on a time crunch. And don’t go here if you want your sauces and dressing. But go here if you want dry food.

Loved Chick Fil A until I went through the drive thru recently and ordered the #1 as usual. When I unwrapped the sandwich I noticed immediately it was not the same chicken breast usually on the bun. I noticed it was flat and not it's normal look or shape. When I bit into the sandwich, I knew the chicken was different. It was an awful processed MUSH of a chicken patty. The worse resemblance of a chicken patty!
Please, please, please go back to the chicken patty you were using. I will pay the extra to have it taste like it use to once taste like. I cannot and will not eat that disgusting, cheap, nasty chicken patty you changed to.
I hope the Franchise Owner see's this, as something needs to be changed drastically and immediately!!
So disappointed.....I will not go to your establishment in Slidell, LA any longer because I cannot eat that low grade, so called "chicken". I will be going across the street to Canes.
If you change back to the regular descent chicken patty, please put on your sign "original chicken" back! That's when I will return.
By the way, its not just me, everyone I know is talking about how bad it is. Please change back, I will, and others will, pay more to get better food.

Very good chicken sandwiches, nuggets, salads and strips. The workers are friendly from order to delivery of the food. The salads and grilled chicken options do provide healthy options.
Food and service has always been fantastic. It’s so common nowadays to not get your sauce or napkins, but this chick-fil-a has always ensured those items are in the bag. I’m a sauce girly and always ask for a different kinds and I’ve never not received them. They are also friendly and service is fast. Food is always fresh. It is worth the drive from Picayune to me! Atmosphere is 4 stars b/c the pot holes to get into the place from Lindberg Dr are out of this world but they have fixed the larger ones.
Vegetarian options: They have a delicious Kale salad!
Today I had the slowest drive thru experience I’ve ever had a chick fil a. It’s seems the workers there now compared to the past care more about talking with their coworkers than serving customers. Or, they are just miserable. Especially the young lady in the drive thru. She didn’t ask for sauces and I could barely hear her bc she was rolling her eyes looking at anything other than me when I was trying to order. It’ll be a long time before I return. Canes is too close with quicker service and nicer staff. Shame on the person who hires there at chick fil a.
Love chick-fil-a, but I wasn't impressed with the chicken tortilla soup today. Kinda gritty texture, not smooth and creamy

As always this very busy restaurant always please don't let that detour you if you are not in the mood to dine in BC the drive thru is always seems to me like if I got in it anyways. that would take a good 25 min to go thru .....NOT THIS LOCATION...these kids rock and roll U know very much on point with their customer service, their speed, and cleanliness, WAY TO GO CHICK FILA !!
