Pick up order non of the food was right. Skillet queso is supposed to be the one with beans and we got cheese queso. Had extra chipotle of my chicken. The chicken was so dry no extra chipotle the chicken was not cooked well the whole meal was bad. We haven’t been there in a while because of bad service and decided to give it another try. Will not be going back
Today we sat at this booth in the corner while our server barely interacted with us. As I sat there watching her interact with all the other tables, I couldn’t help but notice how she avoided eye contact, never asked us how we were doing or if we needed anything in the same way she was with her other tables. I absolutely love Chili's. It's my favorite "go to" place. The food is always good and it doesn’t cost a lot 😋
