I dont write reciews but this one needs to be done. My grandmother called me in tears today—not because she was upset, but because she was so touched by the kindness she experienced at Chili’s. She and my Poppop went to Chili’s for the very first time. My Poppop has dementia and needed to get up frequently to use the restroom. Their server, Georgette, went above and beyond by offering to help him, even coordinating assistance from a male kitchen staff member to make sure he was safe and cared for. My grandmother is 92 years old and simply wanted a quiet date night out with her husband. Instead, she received compassion, patience, and genuine kindness. Georgette didn’t stop there—she also helped both of them to their car. This was their first visit to Chili’s, but it absolutely will not be their last. Thank you, Georgette, for treating my grandparents with dignity and heart. Your kindness meant more than you’ll ever know.

Please get some help for the to-go station. My order was incorrect three times in one visit. The order for the person behind me had an item missing. The person before me had a child who was indecisive and held up the line…yes, a line in the to-go station. This happened to me the last time I ordered to go at Chili’s and that time the order was not only wrong, but thrown in the box such that whoever prepped it should feel ashamed that money was charged. I knew to check my food before leaving the restaurant. So, get help for the person working to-go.

So disappointed in Chili’s, We came in for lunch a few days ago and we got skipped over by the host and they let some other Go before us because that was their friend!!!! We had to wait another 1015 minutes while they talked to their friends. And then we get seated by the bathrooms, which is fine, but there was more open tables I mean a lot. The waitress didn’t come greet us until 20 minutes later, even though there was really nobody in the restaurant. She argued with me when she brought the wrong drink And told me no, that’s what I ordered. This place is absolute trash now the manager didn’t care either when I talk to her. Disappointed is an understatement.

I ordered a surf an turf from uber eats from this location an I did not get the shrimp with the meal. But the steak did taste good.

Burger was good, asked for cheddar cheese on fries, they forgot, I told waitress not to worry about it but she brings me a slice of cheese on a plate. I did not eat it. They charged me anyway. They I asked for my coke to go, I got a child size to go cup.

Great Chili's! Yummy food, fast service, friendly staff! Had a great experience there the two times I went in two weeks. Was staying in Slidell for a little while and it's one of the only places open late. They've got other Chili's beat by a long shot! Would definitely go back when I go to visit my friend that lives there. Staff is very accommodating too. Very nice experience. Happy with everything.

I should’ve went with my first mind and ordered BJ’s. This was a delivery order, and I understand most places don’t put as much effort in for evening deliveries than they for dine-in’s. This is the second time this happened when ordering fajitas and not given any side toppings. Do you know how annoying that is? Also the Mac-n cheese was cold.

We order chips & salsa with our 3 For Me pick up order. The chips are crispy and delicious as always. On another note, the salsa has great taste but is too runny. It literally runs off the chips like water. I took my straw and drank some salsa out of the cup joking around with my girlfriend. She laughed, but I'm sure there are patrons that wouldn't be so light spirited. I'm really not sure how Chili's can address the issue, but thicker is always better. It should at least stay on the chips long enough to shove them in my mouth. This is my only grievance.
For the record, The staff at the Chili's in Slidell, LA sets the bar for other afforfable dining establishments and we eat there regularly. The team is fantastic. They have my order correct and ready on time, every time. They are well trained, polite and professional. It's always worth the 10-15 min drive across town for the great food and service we receive.
