Pick up order non of the food was right. Skillet queso is supposed to be the one with beans and we got cheese queso. Had extra chipotle of my chicken. The chicken was so dry no extra chipotle the chicken was not cooked well the whole meal was bad. We haven’t been there in a while because of bad service and decided to give it another try. Will not be going back

Unfortunately we were not greeted by our server and waited for over 20 minutes at our table. Numerous servers walked by and did not acknowledge us. When I simply asked the hostess if we could be greeted and served I was met with frustration. We left upset with our treatment and expected a different experience from Chilis. Hopefully this feedback can improve customer service in the future for your other guests.

It's just mediocrity at its finest. Not to expensive not to cheap. Food is hit or miss. One thing for sure inflation sets this place apart from everywhere else.

New management, the service has gotten a hell of alot better and the prices have stayed the same and the menu is definitely more geared for affordable. I can take my family of 8 to chillis everyone gets their own meal,as well as my wife and I margaritas and I spend $120

For the first time in a very long time I decided to go to Chili’s after my oldest daughter sent us the burger deal from TikTok. When we walked in it was so clean and the atmosphere was so cheerful. The service superb and the food was great.
