They have several people making the orders for people that walk in but only one for the 10 people waiting in line for mobile orders or delivery orders already placed 30 minutes before those other people walked in

Never had a issue with any other chipotle , 4:30 pm. Sunday, no chicken, no brown rice, no vegetables, is more coming up? “ shrugs sholders “ terrible i stay 5 minutes away, ima take the extra drive somewhere else ?

I ordered my meal online. It stated it should be ready by 7:10 PM. It wasn’t ready until 7:30 and one of the drinks that I ordered they were completely out of. All of the aqua frescas and limeades they were out so I asked for a refund. I was told no one could give me a refund I had to call a number that I had to go find online. Staff was very rude. I won’t ever be going back.

Good evening,

I would like to report my experience at the above listed Chipotle in Slidell, LA. It first started with the long line. When my son and I finally got to the front of the line, we were immediately met with “We are out of bowls and something else.” As we moved down the assembly line, several food items were not up to par as I usually see them on the other food lines at Chipotle (black beans, chicken, etc.) After paying, I moved to the side to fix my drink. The two I wanted were out (Fanta and Mr. Pibb). Also, the entire non carbonated section was out as well. I returned to the counter to inform the cashier of my discovery. The cashier proceeded to grab a cup to test the machine to verify if the drinks were in fact out. As if, I was lying. I took a seat as she went to the back to check on things. After ten minutes, I walked to the counter to investigate the situation. The cashier informed me those choices are out and offered me some milk. Now, why would I accept that? I am not sure where her train of thought was. Little did she know, all I wanted was the courtesy of the newly discovered information passed on. I opened my meal to enjoy only to find that everything was cold except for the side of Queso Blanco. Also, the chips were stale. By far, this is the worst Chipotle restaurant I have ever experienced. This is the second time in 2-3 weeks I have visited this location. The first visit, they were also out of everything including forks. I had to serve my ADULT husband his protein bowl with a spoon. If you know what I mean, he was less than thrilled about his meal. It ruined everything for him. I gave this Chipotle grace the first time as any restaurant can be out of items. This seems to be a regular occurrence for this Chipotle location. I will not be returning to this location anytime soon, if ever. Please help me by helping your staff improve their standards. I am unsure of Chipotle business model, but if it is owned by a franchised owner, I am calling the Corporate Office to action. Please revoke your agreement with this owner. If you (Chipotle) are the owner, please visit your location for employee development. Thanks in advance for your time.

We have been in there3 times and every time they are out of something.
Week before last no steak.
Last week no chips ans quest.
Today no bowls to get the Chipotle Bowls.
Somebody here can not do inventory.
So many people turn and leave.
And it's like the employees laugh and cheer about it.

The menu says “Chips and Salsa” but as the extremely rude lady at the register said “ you have to ask for the salsa “( with an attitude). The chips in the bag were literally a small handful, not even enough for one person. Again, when we questioned the unprofessional cashier, she said they “normally measure the chips with a bowl”, but it was ridiculous how little was in the bag. Furthermore, the chips were old and stale, we had to return the chips and salsa for a refund. Two bowls, two drinks $38. At this price, the food, SERVICE and portions should reflect the cost. Minus the attitude.

They are always out of something my goodness… like idk who is over what they have in stock but I can’t ever come to this chipotle and get the food I actually want. They were out of both chicken and steak and queso.., trust me it’s ALWAYS something missing. Just go to another location or cook a chipotle dupe at home, don’t waste the drive.

Update, so I am here again. Are they out of steak? Yes. Am I surprised? No. I just walked out. It’s 5pm.

Poor attitudes if you ask on waiting time when something is gonna be up and ready like the onions and bell peppers that they refuse to cook this is my third time came in July came in August came in September if you ask anybody how much longer on the onions or the bell peppers, they smacked their mouth, rotate their heads and walk away like they’re waiting on the shift to come and do the work. It doesn’t matter 11 o’clock or 12 o’clock. Come from Chalmette to come eat at chipotle and have the end walking out to eat at red Robin across the street which is hamburgers. I can make myself. Red robins across the street, great atmosphere great food and a lot cheaper. Rudecustomer service.

I ordered a chicken salad, and asked if they had the chipotle honey vinaigrette dressing and was told they were out, as I am leaving I saw by the togo station they had some dressing over there, so I asked if I could have one of the dressings and was told they couldn’t give it to me cause it’s only for togo. I work at a restaurant and have for 7 years, and no matter what the customer comes first and I tipped more than 20% and wanted to take my tip back and my money back and order through togo, so I could get my dressing. Like that is ridiculous and doesn’t make any sense! Every time I order chipotle whether it be togo or not, they are either out of dressing or it is just not in my bag. You guys know you’re going to be busy, y’all need to start portioning out more sauces a shift. Like do y’all need me to come show y’all how to do inventory lol?

I have owned the CMG stock for years and the stock kept going up. Such a great investment. I went there to try out and it was such disappointed . The food was cold, nothing but the rice on my bowl . Nothing so impressive that stock worth almost $3K at all time high just split 50 for 1 .

Chipotle is still my favorite fast food but the employees are miserable and it's always kind of messy. This one is no different. It's also gotten fairly pricey $30 for 2, so its getting right up there with seated dining.
