I ordered a bowl with steak, black beans, fajita veggies, and cheese. Normally there’s significantly more than this.My fiancé ordered a burrito with beef Barbacoa, fajita veggies, black beans, and white rice. He stated that it’s about 85% rice.Also, they used red onion in the fajita veggies which messed up the flavor a lot.There’s absolutely no reason why this food costed $31.

Don’t bother going if you want veggies. They are never available. I have gone several times just to turn around and walk out. The people in front of me today were also complaining that they never have veggies and we all walked out. Worst location.

First timer. I feel like it is overhyped and overpriced. It was good but I'd rather order a plate from a Mexican restaurant with hella chips and salsa than a chipotle bowl. Good service. Clean restaurant. Worth 4 stars

This is my 4th time at This location. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided. From the moment I walked in, the servers were exceptionally polite and went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic dining experience. Not only did they greet me with warm smiles, but they also took the time to educate me about the different options available, helping me customize my bowl to perfection.

If I could rate this place a 0 , I most definitely would! Customer service was HORRIBLE! I personally have not tried chipotle. So I am not aware of what they offer. When we got up to the counter to order , the team members were laughing and continuing to converse with each other, my husband asked about the tacos, exactly how many it came with. The women continued to talk to friend ignoring him, and then stated we could order when ever ready. My husband asked what kind of rice it was. She states white and brown and began laughing. Obviously we know the color, but they do have different flavors, and that is what we were meaning. They continued to laugh at each other and us through the whole process. I will NEVER give chipotle my service again.

I hvent been to Chipotle in years, and this reminded why. My burrito fell apart. It wasnt bad. I prefer authentic Mexican.
If I could give this place, zero stars I would. It started off really good. Last four times I came, they never have fajita vegetables. One time I ordered online just a fajita bowl for my girlfriend. Went home, opened it up, and said no veggies on the top of the bowl. So they charge me nearly $12 for sour cream, guacamole and a couple pieces of cheese.I don't seem to understand why it's so hard to stop on fajita vegetables if it's the top seller.
