This place was a dirty mess. The employees are super rude - multiple people left due to the customer service here and the speed of service. When orders came out after extremely long waits orders were wrong the food was horrible. They dropped the tongs used to select chicken on the dirty floor and picked them up and started reused them.

Garbage! The chicken was greasy, but I knew that already! But this time is was BEYOND GREASY!! And the fries actually feel like they came out of the cooler! They were HARD AND COLD!! NEVER AGAIN!!

This location sucks, and I've visited for the last time. A full thirty five minutes before closing, and they were unwilling to cook stuffed jalapeños. That was the entire order - just bombers. "We are out of bombers for today," the guy said. Which translates to he was only willing to sell what was already under heat lamps. The side door was open. They were cleaning and unwillingnto cook during the final half hour of business. The service has been substandard for a long time. Off to Popeyes.

I love Churches chicken but I ordered 10 piece chicken and it was horrible. It tasted old and it was so hard we could not eat it. Tasted like it was fried in old grease. So disappointed. Wasted money on that. Ridiculous to serve something like that to someone. This was at Slidell on Gauze.

I never usually leave reviews, good or bad, but If I could put 0 stars I would. The service was absolutely awful. My boyfriend was interrupted multiple times while trying to order. The workers were incredibly rude and I'm 90% sure my food was tampered with. This was my first time trying Churches and I didn't even get to eat it. I will not be returning.

Horrible. When asked if they had any specials I was given a menu with no prices to look at. The okta was old and gave us all legs, and was just disappointed in the customer service.
Second time in the last month pulling up to this location and they only have mild chicken. Please do better.

I visited here and I did not like the experience at all. I ordered a combo which clearly was one price on the menu, but about five dollars higher when I got to the window. When I asked about the huge difference, the clerk had charged me separately for the drink which was already included in the combo. The food was really cold and greasy as if it had been sitting there for hours.
