Service is really hit or miss. We have had excellent service from Dee and Tuwanda, but have been completely forgotten by others. We keep going back, because the variety and quality are good. Just don't go if you're in a hurry. Go to visit and enjoy the atmosphere, because if you get the wrong server, you will be there for a while.

Yall lost it... ordered trout, and it was black as hell on top and bottom still had slimy skin texture, it's just not the same. Sorry won't be back. And the drinks selection SUCKS... NO BARQS EITHER?

I ordered a barrel cheese burger medium rare when I got it, it was over well done & it was on slice bread I ask the waitress about the bread & wellness, She said she was new & they were out of buns & it can noy be cooked Medium rare, i said you should have told me that when I ordered I would have gotten something else. The service was so slow & she said they were having problems in the kitchen.

To go order was wrong, they left out items , and the gave us approximately 2 tablespoons of sawmill gravy for 2 country fried chicken meals that the mashed potatoes were supposed to come with saw mill gravy also. When I called it was transferred 3 times then disconnected.

My sever Shauna p, was a amazing waitress she made my son feel soooooo accommodated to the point my son said mom I really like her please leave her a big tip, even my husband said she made show we had everything we needed, we didn’t have to even ask her for anything, she definitely knows her job and do it very well, also the 5$ dollar take home meal is genius, we had went for breakfast and got dinner to go,amazing!!! We got four different meals😎😎

It's a Cracker Barrel. You know what you're getting. Food and service are always good, kids love to play with the toys in the "country store" while you wait. Went on a Sunday and it was busy after church. Plenty of parking and spaces for vehicles pulling trailers.

We went in doing dinner time. We have never been doing this time before. So we asked do you have warm syrup. And we were told we can accommodate that. So we order breakfast we asked for our pancakes crispy edges and brown. We received very light colored pancakes and cold syrup. Don’t visit at dinner time and order breakfast.

Very friendly staff. Quick service and catered to our needs. Enjoyed trip as usual but forgot to get free bunny tote. As always did purchase items from store. Will definitely be back

the biscuits were hard, gravy was paste like, eggs were not cooked well. the sausage was excellent and so were the hashbrowns. i had very high hopes and then was let down.

I encountered multiple problems:
1. I could not redeem my Bonus Reward of a Free Barrel Bite via CB app order. I did not want to use my Pegs.
2. I went into the store to pick up my Order #33999289201475589 and place an additional order to utilize my Free Barrel Bite. The cashier used up my Pegs instead.
3. My order was not ready at 6:05pm as promised in the CB app.
4. I checked my order when it was provided and noticed that my Take Home Meal was not included in the bag.
