We love browsing through the gift shop always finding something special. The food and service has always been excellent.

Miss the old atmosphere and food. Does hit the spot like it used to. The country fried steak and biscuits seem smaller. The gravy doesn't have the same flavor.

My experience is very very bad we had to wait 45 minutes after we waited when we were seated & ordered our food the food was bad tenders were to hard that was cooked in old Grease, we could not eat them the manager charged us for one order of tenders & chicken NO COMPLAMENT FOR THE FOOD BEING BAD Only the Name means something NOT THE FOOD I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

Server Tyler was great! He got our orders correct and even got the bill right with how we asked for it to be split, THE FIRST TIME....😄😄
The waitress spent a great deal of time talking way too much to all her customers which ended in long wait time for my food AND a long time to receive my bill. The service reinforced the reason why I rarely eat at Cracker Barrel
