For the amount of money we spent on lunch I was hoping for something more filling. I had the Cajun pasta and my wife had the salmon we shared the fried green tomatoes. She loved the salmon but the potatoes had no flavor at all and my pasta was not filling at all, it barely filled the bowl. The fried green tomatoes were mushy and the breading fell right off. The server was very nice and attentive so you have that going for you. Not sure I'll be back
The new owners have done a phenomenal job renovating the location to look like a rustic South Louisiana restaurant! This is the first time we had gone there and we had great expectations for food and atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoy the atmosphere, our waitress was attentive friendly and very efficient! I especially like that she asked how much rice I wanted in my gumbo.
