I got a Ding tea I told her I like fruity flavors and they recommended me one of the most popular ones. I tasted it and it tasted like coffee. I don’t drink coffee so the young girl told me it should tasted like sugar with caramel and offered me another one but another young girl whisper to her that I had to pay another $9
Well , the tea tasted like milk with coffee water.
I left the whole drink and probably would never come back
Very disappointed!

I’m very disappointed with the policies at this place. I ordered 6 cups and needed one split for my kids, but they refused to do it. They charge $1 for an empty cup and expect you to split it yourself, which is ridiculous. They should offer kid-sized options. Most places would split a cup without any issue. This place has a cute creative space, but lack human empathy, never coming back.

This place was amazing and my last review was actually a joke so don’t take it seriously. Alli is actually a terrific worker and helped me out a lot. 10/10 place, I recommend 100%

Great atmosphere. Unfortunately, no WIFI nor water. You would have buy water with your tea or coffee.

This is my first time trying this place (only because I received a gift card). I decided to try the Magical Moonlight. The drink is pretty, but the taste is ok. Not flavorful or sweet. Could be better. It seems watered down.

I love the wide variety of drinks. Sometimes they run out of monster boba but the honey boba is equally good. Sometimes the staff is sitting down in the lobby. Not that they are unwilling to work, it's just not a good look imo.

My sister and I LOVE this place! We were vacationing in Slidell from out-of-state visiting family that lives locally, and we were not disappointed. We immediately loved the ambiance in the café; the large blackboard, the decorative tree, and the complimentary games were very charming. We loved this place so much we came twice before heading back to Mississippi. The first time, we took our grandmother to get her first boba tea in 20 years, and we all got the Brown Sugar Monster boba drink. We all thoroughly enjoyed the drinks, and before me and my sister hit the road, we came back a second time and I got a delicious blended coffee drink with golden boba and whip cream, and my sister got a matcha milk tea with regular boba. I wish this place could teleport to central Mississippi where I live; I'm that serious about how good it is! We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Louisiana!

Had RUDE experience. Logan milk tea taste like watered down milk tea. Usually their jasmine milk tea is really good, but this time they didn’t put any sweetness to it and I told them. The girl said they did, but I always get this drink and it had no sweetness to it what so ever this time. They were so weird about fixing it. I asked them to make it again and to shake it so it’s mixed well and refused. They went to the corner of the back and I literally heard them say add more ice to it.. The manager/ older woman didn’t seem to care. They added more ice and they added TOO much sweetness now. I didn’t even bother to tell them anything else because the workers just all stared at me like I was a nuisance. I frequent this place often they’re usually nice.. so this was disappointing. :(

I come to ding tea frequently and I have never had an issue until today. I got my drink and it ended up being too sweet. I usually get asked for the ice and sweetness level but this time I wasn’t asked so I went up to the counter and explained the situation. The girl I was talking to was a manager and she replied they are not obligated to ask for ice and sweetness level. I asked if there was any way to make the drink less sweet and she said that it would be possible to make the drink more sweet by adding more toppings but there was no way to make it less sweet. I even asked if they can dump some of the drink out and add more milk to make it less sweet and she said no. I was confused about this and there was some back and forth but I ended up just walking away from the situation. After going back to my table, I turn around to see all the workers gathered around her looking at me. I’ve worked at a boba shop before and I know how it feels to be the worker but it was unprofessional of her especially as a manager to talk about it right in front of the customer. This made me very uncomfortable and upset so I ended up leaving. I really enjoy this place but disappointed after this experience.
