Between the broken online ordering system after 6 attempts, and then two phone calls on hold for at least 15 minutes total and they were never picked up by a human being, I find my order status in the tracker and it was CANCELLED. They are obviously not interested in my business.

Everything was perfect, can't think of a single thing to complain about. Ordered online for pickup and all 4 pizzas were ready in a decent amount of time. They were topped well, hot and everything was good. Staff was friendly and the time I spent from when I pulled up to when they acknowledged us and we drove away with the pizza was exactly what everybody should expect, they didn't have to drop everything and cater to me only but it surely felt like they did. These people work hard and it shows.

The pizza was disappointing. The tomato sauce was week. The dough tasted artificial. Was a big step down from the last time I bought a Domino's pizza. This being in Fresno, CA after they advertised strongly that they were improving their pizza. They did. Tasted close to Round Table. But not this recent order. I talked my sister into taking advantage of the deal, telling her that Domino's pizza is much better now. Ends up that this isn't the case. At least, not this time. But this might be the last time I , or we , order from Domino's. The attitude of the workers was cold, as well. Trying to make small conversation was fruitless. Everyone seemed depressed.

I don’t know what’s going with this pizza joint ; it’s not as good as you used to be when I first moved here. A lot of times , I see different people managers . These two are grumpy and rude. The pizza is burnt not cooked all the way . I ordered sandwiches today and they were both crispy burnt . Who wants burnt sandwiches not me ! I think it’s time to order somewhere else !.

Long story short I ordered my pizza at 5:30 and it was delivered at 5:45. When I received the text saying your pizza is on the way I said “No way” it must not be fresh, I called the store and the polite gentleman assured me it would be fresh and guess what it was. It was soooo good! My entire family enjoyed it! I had to call the store back and let them know how satisfied we were and we will definitely be ordering again!
