I was going to leave a better review with Dominos, but I can't. They have disabled the fields for me to leave one with them.I arrived at the dominos for an in-store pickup and the parking lot and lobby lights were off at 9pm. I went to go inside and the door was locked. I had to go to the pickup window when I specifically wanted in-store. The lady that helped never once welcomed me or thanked me, when I said, "Have a good night," I got a grunt-like sound in return. Very unprofessional at this location, considering their "Training Center" is also located in the same shopping center.

You know what gets me for food that's supposed to be affordable they never show you how much it cost until you get to your kart and another thing is why do they not give you points based of your entire order but just a small amount everytime ? 50 purchase oh you got 5 points but if I made 5 different orders I will have a free pizza make it make sense come on bruh

Consistently delicious food. Made with care. Pick up is always a good experience. Their customer service is on point. Tonight I had it delivered and she was super nice! Glad we have a quality dominos location close by!
$20 for a Large ‘ULTIMATE’ pepperoni pizza that has ‘REGULAR’ pepperoni with REGULAR cheese!! Never Again! Thought the first time was just a pepperoni error! PIZZA HUT would NEVER!!

Called and ordered a pizza for delivery was about 20 minutes late so I called to ask if it was still coming thay said it was on the way and never showed up very upset ?

The absolute worst experience I've ever had. Ordered pizza 2 March 2023 at 6:32pm. Pizza was delivered at 7:52 pm. When the delivery driver arrived he asked how I was doing. When I replied, I'm here his response was, I wish I wasn't. I expressed that I ordered the pizza an hour and a half ago. He went into explaining that the manager was making pizza dough with one hand. There was one person making and baking pizza and two drivers delivering and taking calls. I explained that it was poor customer service not to contact customers and explain the situation and give them the option to pick it up. The delivery driver then began to go word for word with me on how it is not poor customer service. As if this wasn't enough, I had to retrieve my own pizza from the deliver bag, did not get the sauce for my boneless wings and my pizzas were scarce on toppings. Mind you, the entire exchange was caught on my ring camera. I am absolutely done with this Dominos.
