I picked up a few orders for lunch ,when I placed the order the guy who took my order said it would be 15 minutes, I gave them 15 minutes when I got there the orders weren’t ready , I told the guy that we had canceled the large queso and he had an attitude like it’s okay you will serve it to someone else he made it seem like they make it to order , the food was cold , the charro beans were all soup no beans , the enchiladas were dry no sauce no cheese , the birria tacos were like hard shell tacos and I had asked if the orders came with chips and salsa because I said we had canceled the queso he said I can’t give you chips and salsa for each order I was like that’s okay so he only gave me ONE SMALL BAG OF CHIPS AND ONE SMALL SALSA CUP .. that will be the first and last time I go there .. plus I called back to see if I could speak to the manager and no answer …

The environment here is stunning. Lovely art on every wall, lighting and the furniture are impressive. Service is top-notch, food is plated with care, and the flavors and quality ingredients are just what I hope for with every dining experience. We travel 75 miles to eat @ El Paso Mexican Grill with our family and will pass up all the others. This place delivers! 👌🌮🌶️✨

The service was terrible. Waited an hour for our food, then the order was wrong. Another table waited an hour and a half for their food. The menu also has changed.

Couldn’t even wait to leave the restaurant before writing this because it just kept getting worse and worse.

The server’s attitude was very poor and unenthusiastic and he claimed it was due to not getting service when you can tell it was because my friend is the only person who ordered. But with an attitude that ugly, I wonder why there’s no service.

My friend ordered an A La Carte enchilada and after finally having it brought out to her after 30 minutes of waiting for something so small and easy, there was a long, black hair sticking OUT of the inside of the enchilada. All three of us had our hair up and pulled back and he claimed there weren’t even any women in the back. So, how did the hair get there? My friend’s hair isn’t even black and we were never near her food.

And to ruin the rest of the experience, once the new enchilada came out, there was a very large cockroach crawling around the table next to us and nobody came to check on us so we couldn’t tell anybody, so I just killed it myself. Gross.

0 Stars. Awful experience and that’s surprising to say, considering this used to be one of my favorite places. Very disappointing.

Ordered pickup togo. Only 6 min away but everything was cold by the time we got home. Side salad was so small and not appealing. Cheese enchiladas were tough and portions of rice and beans were small. Enchiladas El Paso only had a few bites but wasn't good enough to finish. The large order of queso and chips, again really small. Queso was runny but flavor was good. Only good thing was the churros and they were amazing.

They have an amazing menu for lunch. The chips and salsa are good. Clean restaurant. The tables are not all cramped. Portions are large. Friendly staff. The patio is nice to set at when it not hot. Drinks are amazing, just be careful they don’t mind putting the liquor in them.
