We ordered on the mobile app, were charged for our order, and when we arrived to pick it up…we were told there was no record of the order. Even after presenting proof of the order on the app and that we were charged on our bank account for the order, the Owner told the staff not to provide the sandwiches we were charged for! They also refused to refund the money! Congratulations genius! Now over a $20 order, you have eliminated a regular customer at your store. Keep making genius...read full review
