My Wife ordered online the pick up time was 12:50 she didn't get her food till 1. BTW it's her birthday and this is her bday reward The woman at the bar had major attitude with her, I've worked at a Firehouse subs before and we didn't tolerate attitude with customers or late food, also it was cold, "great job Firehouse Subs " this is dumb I don't understand this. She also found a hair in her meal thanks a lot, I wish she could get a new birthday sub. The girl at the bar was wearing a collared shirt which means she was a shift lead, Please handle your staff.

I ordered the French dip sub. Overall, it was really good. The team prepared the sub neatly and it was still warm upon retrieving my sub.
