I've driven past the food truck a few times and wanted to stop in. Today was that day. I ordered the wings and fries and the flavor was out of this world! Best food truck in slidell. Chef Shon is the most down to earth chef I've met. Food is a 10 out of 10.

I hired Fusion Eatz Catering for a Girls Birthday Nolans trip. From the first call Shon was amazing. The Jambalaya and ZODECO egg rolls were so good. Just the right amount of spice and heat. I will definitely recommend this

Catered my moms wedding & the food was phenomenal. They were also the sweetest & most helpful! They felt like family by the end of the night.

We found Shon through “Bark” while looking for someone to cater a wedding rehearsal/family reunion. My father hadn’t need his grand daughters in almost 10 years and his niece in almost 20.Shon built the menu with me at a great price, we focused on southern bbq and had options for dietary restrictions. She was very responsive and provided everything I asked for. She came on site and grilled all of the food so it was fresh to the table and not driven 40+ minutes away in a Togo box.We had 36 people and not a single plate of wasted food. There were plenty of leftovers, but not a single person threw away anything on their plates.Pros: Amazing service, Amazing flavors, Amazing chef with a fun, bright personality, unbeatable pricing.Cons: I should’ve asked if there were any desert options when selecting my menu lol.

Nothing like a side of awesome customer service served with amazing food. The fish filet was well seasoned and not overcooked. I look forward to trying everything on the menu. Don't take why word for it, go check it out for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

Drove an hour and a half for this and it did not disappoint. Had the sweet and spicy sauce with 12 wings and all I have to say it they're probably the best wings I've had in the area, fries were also very good and perfectly seasoned.
