They are amazing! Staff amazing! Cookie amazing! Delivery amazing! 10/10.

Good cookies but workers don’t listen because I asked for 4 chocolate chip and was given only 3 and a Oreo cookie that I did not want!

Daughter loves this place that’s why I’m giving it 3 stars, but the cookies at this location are NEVER fresh. Like NEVER.

Cookie I got tasted like wet dog unfortunately and was stale. I don’t know when they make them fresh because every time I’ve came to give it another chance, same story.

The location In lakeside mall is good but this one I don’t recommend.

Went in today and I almost walked out after seeing two little girls on their phones the whole time and did not acknowledge me. They had one girl that actually helped me and gave me suggestions on their flavors and was pretty knowledgeable of the menu. Super sweet. I asked the girls name and she said Chloe then I asked her was she the manager bc it was ridiculous how the other two girls still did not look up from their phones. Very unprofessional.

Have always gotten fudge mixed into my ice cream with pecans, today the girl said they don’t do that & looked at me like I was crazy. They were out of half the cookies & when I asked about cookie slices she seemed annoyed. Place has gone down for sure.

The staff has terrible attitudes. They never greet the customers and they literally act like they don’t see you standing at the counter or maybe they only greet a certain demographic. At first I thought maybe they were just having an off day but I went back a few more times experiencing the same service.

Dear Corporate, Today was my birthday and I made the fatal mistake of going here to celebrate. I went in with 2 of my friends and immediately the rude staff members started looking at me weirdly. I went to the counter and ordered a cookie and cream milkshake. Then the staff member named Kloe asked my friends if I had autism (I am on the spectrum) and proceeded to laugh when they told her I did. As she was making the shakes she was making insensitive jokes and comments to me such as “Did he forget his headphones?”. I felt extremely embarrassed and uncomfortable and couldn’t wait to leave. When the shakes were finished I asked for a green straw and then proceeded to say “Wow! He’s not only autistic but he’s colorblind too.” I ran out of the establishment with tears in my eyes. Safe to say I will never step foot in another Great American Cookies ever again.

Cookies were +1 day old. Display window is not air tight ?. Cookies are at risk for staleness if not protected. 11.99 for 6. Not cool.

Overcharged for item. When I brought it to the associate's attention, they didn't make an attempt to correct the error.

I really like 👍 the icing I request to be put on my cookie 🍪.

Cookie was under cooked. Ended up melting into the box.

But I had to take the time out to say that the cookie cake I recently ordered from this location was literally the best cookie cake I have ever had in my entire life. It was baked fresh and the icing was so soft. It was huge hit at a gathering for my relatives and I must say when I bit into it I felt like I was transported to a tropical island instantly. I truly felt at peace and wanted to shed a tear because it was that good, I will be ordering from this location soon so I hope It will taste just as good. When I’m having a bad day, I often think about how this cookie cake made me feel, pure happiness. Thank you.

Great service and product. Ordered a cookie cake for my daughters birthday. It was ready as promised and decorated very nicely, She loved the surprise!!
