The best po-boy I've had in Louisiana in a long time! I got the small and had way more than I could eat. The complementary Beignet was the best!
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. This place is amazing!! I would recommend anyone to check this place out. To grab a bite or take it out to go. Like I haven’t ever had southern food before. I came all the way from California to try this place. I heard this place is one of the most popular food places to try and the food is fresh and high quality like a Michelin-starred restaurant. The hospitality and the service was amazing. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. It didn’t take long to get our food it was so fast. The Food was phenomenal!! exceeding my expectations. The drinks and food was so fresh and tasted like high quality ingredients. The Efficiency and punctuality of our server was very knowledgeable about the food and products. Was able to answer all my questions about what is in each dish or drink. Our waitress was always checking on us and making sure if we needed anything. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. I didn’t feel like a transaction or number. It was worth the price. Pricing was fair and transparent definitely value for money. Like the atmosphere and restaurant was put together so great. Showing and showcasing the history of town and the culture Cajun, Zydeco, blues, and jazz. The cleanliness of the restaurant was tip top shape. Shows that they care about customers health. Well-maintained furniture and a positive ambiance, and making me feel comfortable and welcomed, for me to encourage recommend any one to go here. I’m glad I made a trip to come eat at such an amazing restaurant. If I could give this restaurant 1 million stars I would. Thank you for making it a memorable experience. I definitely will be back again soon.

Margeaux is back!! Awesome food, awesome service as always from Margeaux. Onion rings are the best, shrimp salad was awesome! Their pastas are always great and portions are big. You get your money's worth and great tasting food!

This place had great food! The crawfish etouffee was nice and spicy. Also the Rockefeller shrimp poboy was a unique and welcomed twist to the classic poboy. Our server Margo was awesome! She was friendly and knowledgeable.
Our family all agreed it was the best place we ate on our trip to Louisiana.

I was there in April. A friend and I were talking about this yesterday and I'm still a little salty about my experience. Honestly it's because of how much money we spent and I want it back. I should have read all the previous reviews because everyone seems to be having the same experience with waiting 30 minutes to get waited on, the food being unflavorable and terrible, and then the service overall being horrible. Do not waste your money here. Read all the Google reviews and the Facebook reviews. I feel like I was robbed and I wish I could get my money back. We spent way too much money. The food is overpriced and does not taste good at all.

The service here was exceptional, and the daiquiris were tasty. As far as the food goes, it was not to me or my wife’s liking as the menu proclaims to have New Orleans Cajun dishes when in fact, none of the dishes, taste like anything from New Orleans. We had the crawfish fries, BBQ shrimp and some shrimp poboys…they weren’t seasoned and tasted bland. The restaurant itself is very clean and has a laid back feel so the vibe is chill. Overall I’d say 3.5 out of 5.

I have been there before and thought the food was pretty good. Today I paid 33.00 for a large fry poboy with debris gravy and a small fried fish. I think that was expensive. If the quality was there I'd not complain. The fish was mostly b reading. No fish flavor whatsoever. The ff debris had so little gravy on it but plenty fries. 18.75 for a ff poboy basically. Never again. I was so looking forward to great taste, great quality.
Great roast beef po-boy. Get it at least once a month.

Jazzy Pete’s Po-Boys in Slidell is a must-visit! The food is incredible—authentic, flavorful, and made with love. The po-boys are packed with fresh ingredients and perfectly seasoned. The bread is soft with just the right amount of crunch, and the shrimp po-boy was hands-down the best I've ever had. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. If you're in the area, don’t miss out on this local gem. Highly recommend!
