I usually do not write reviews but for this place, I had to. I came in around lunch time and it seemed to be pretty busy. Although this was the case, things were moving fast. I come here a few times a month being that I do not live out here. Every time I come I swear it’s a 10/10 experience. I’m assuming the managers are Owen and Gabby, being that they’re the only ones with names on their shirts. Gabby was slicing sandwiches faster than you could blink while still maintaining awesome customer service with everyone. Owen was dressing the sandwiches for the most part with speed and precision. The girl on the register with glasses was very friendly with me and quick. I needed to comment on the speed of everyone while still having amazing customer service. I got an italian and got it Mikes Way (the only right way) and it was delicious!! Y’all need to come out to this store, I promise they will not disappoint. Thank you Jersey Mike’s Slidell!!

Ordered sandwiches through the official website for delivery. 3/4 sandwiches were delivered and when I called the store the manager confirmed that the sandwich missing was in fact right there left at the store. She said “sorry we were busy” and told me I could come pick it up. I informed the manager I was unable to simply leave work to pick up a sandwich I had paid to be delivered. Initially she told me she could not refund the cost because it had been delivered by door dash - despite being paid for on the JM website. Finally she said she could refund the sandwich. She made no attempt to rectify the situation aside from saying “order it again online for delivery” and saying she would put a paper coupon in the bag. Delivery time would be another 45 mins out! She said she couldn’t give me a coupon code for the replacement sandwich for me to order - because they don’t do online coupons (even tho there is a spot to input coupons/codes at check out on the site). I asked to leave a message for the owner and the manager said that wasn’t possible. Frankly - it was obvious this manager could care less about customer satisfaction or actual service. I won’t order here or suggest this location to any one. Go elsewhere.

My husband grew up in New Jersey and so we eat here a lot! It's one of our favorites. Food and service are always great. We usually order through the app and pick up, which makes it very convenient.

I WENT DURING A PARADE AND THEY HAD A LITEAL LINE FOR THE BATHROOM. and you had to pay. my friend pissed their pants, good food horrible atmosphere.
