Jimmy John’s is one of my favorite fast food joints, but every single time I come to this location they either get my order completely wrong or it never meets expectations. The past two times I have received one piece of turkey on my sandwich. I know this is not normal because other locations I have received more. When I ask for extra protein, I get two slices. Of these photos were taken on two separate occasions. On top of this, the person at the drive-through window a couple weeks ago gave me an attitude when I told her that they put My sandwich on bread when I asked for an un which. This place needs to clean house. I leave hungry after spending $14

Walked in to order the person that was to be making sandwiches was sweeping. She put the broom down and then put on gloves getting ready to prepare what I was to order. Yeah I left! Gloves are not a substitute for hand washing!

Terrible location. Every time I visit this location, the service is worse than before if that is even possible. Today I waited 30 minutes for my sandwich. No one in front of me, no one in the store. My order was taken and then someone else gets on the speaker and says “what’s your order.” I had just ordered but had to repeat it. One time I went and two of the workers were cursing each other out. They are always slow, customer service severely lacking. Oh and I am editing my post to say they also got my order wrong.

Got food poisoning the night before an international trip thanks to these bozos.
Order was completely wrong got unsweetened tea instead of sweet and please explain to me how you mix up ham and ROAST BEEF. Those two meats look absolutely nothing alike and I hate ham and it was lathered in mayo yall normally do better than this im so disappointed.
