Went on a Wednesday night 10/22 around 7 and they are the rudest people I have ever seen.. ordered a chicken wrap got all the way home just to see there was no chicken at all.. how do you make a chicken wrap with no chicken and then get an attitude cause she had to remake it.. come on now do better jimmy John's

$10?! What in the actual … is this?! “The sandwiches come how they come”. Verbatim what I was told when I requested a refund. This is their version of the turkey tom. Only mod was adding cheese

Location is horrible. Employees accused me of having a fraudulent gift card because they weren’t properly trained on how to enter one in the system had to make a whole mobile order while in the restaurant just to use my gift card, which was brand new employees and proceeded to give me attitude When they were at fault. Not to mention my food was also wrong employees need an attitude, adjustment, and better training.
Bread was actually cold. Edible sandwich but Nothing more. For the money spent, can make alot more and way better at home.

Jimmy John’s is one of my favorite fast food joints, but every single time I come to this location they either get my order completely wrong or it never meets expectations. The past two times I have received one piece of turkey on my sandwich. I know this is not normal because other locations I have received more. When I ask for extra protein, I get two slices. Of these photos were taken on two separate occasions. On top of this, the person at the drive-through window a couple weeks ago gave me an attitude when I told her that they put My sandwich on bread when I asked for an un which. This place needs to clean house. I leave hungry after spending $14

Walked in to order the person that was to be making sandwiches was sweeping. She put the broom down and then put on gloves getting ready to prepare what I was to order. Yeah I left! Gloves are not a substitute for hand washing!
