Terrible location. Every time I visit this location, the service is worse than before if that is even possible. Today I waited 30 minutes for my sandwich. No one in front of me, no one in the store. My order was taken and then someone else gets on the speaker and says “what’s your order.” I had just ordered but had to repeat it. One time I went and two of the workers were cursing each other out. They are always slow, customer service severely lacking. Oh and I am editing my post to say they also got my order wrong.

This location has steadily been in a decline for the last few months. I went a few months ago and they closed 2 hours early for whatever reason, then went a week ago and sat at the order box for 3 minutes, I pulled up and didn’t see anybody in the store. It was 10:30, 30 minutes after open. I was about to leave when someone hollered out the window they can take my order. I went back around, “Jimmy Johns.” I placed my order and it was freaky slow, took almost 7 minutes from ordering to getting handed my food. Please fix this, Jimmy Johns is my favorite place and this is the closest one to me.

Went to pick up food. The employee had her child behind the counter with her. Proceeded to walk with the child and the other employee asked did she make my food. The girl looked at me and said “ my bad”. There were flies all over the meat. It was my 1st at JJ’s. I was not

If you've been to other sandwich chains or even other Jimmy Johns locations ( Council Bluffs, IA I'm looking at you) and left unsatisfied, do yourself a favor and get a meal here. Your faith in a good chain made sandwich will be renewed. I have been eating here since they opened and they managed to get better with each visit; second to none, period

Jimmy johns sandwiches are always fresh and tasty when I visit, I love it..But today, I didn't get a chance to indulge.The drive thru had about two cars in front of me, not sure if it was an issue, but it was taking a while. Once I drove up to the speaker, I waited about a couple minutes then said hello, the lady Said" I said may I help you already".. she actually said that..I said ma'am, I didn't hear you and why do you have a attitude. Another person got on the speaker he was pleasant. I said can I please speak with your manager because that lady shouldn't talk to customers that way.. she gets on the speaker.. "I Am The Manger". I couldn't believe it. I said you need to go back to training and learn about customer service skills and how to interact with customers.. I drove off and told her I would be reporting to the district manager.She was so horrible that it caused me to write this review.. This woman should not be representing Jimmy John's Company and what it stands for..

We love Jimmy John’s but their quality control for delivery is lacking at this store. Every time we order delivery, something is wrong or missing. Missing sandwiches or chips or unsweetened tea instead of sweet tea. If you call they will correct the issue but you have to wait another hour to receive it. Quality check before leaving the store would easily correct the issue.
The staff are amazing. We ordered 2 trays of sandwiches for the AI Robotics club for my nephew on Saturday. I highly recommend this place for anyone that is looking to feed a large group of people. The catering menu prices are reasonable based on the quality of the product.

My first time ever at a Jimmy John’s the worst experience ordered a sandwich. I was told I couldn’t add sides to a sandwich got two little slices of ham on bread that was dry will never ever go to the Slidell location ever again.

Order was completely wrong got unsweetened tea instead of sweet and please explain to me how you mix up ham and ROAST BEEF. Those two meats look absolutely nothing alike and I hate ham and it was lathered in mayo yall normally do better than this im so disappointed.
