I had to come here and leave a bad review after being served bad crawfish by lbs (twice). A friend of mine purchased boil3d shrimp, they too were mushy and smelled horribly. They either switched cooks and management or this place just stopped caring.

Served rotten turkey necks then blamed the young lady working behind the counter. Then he left the rotten turkey necks in the pan to keep serving to people. Also bought 1 sack of crawfish and 75% were dead. Somebody is going to get very sick at this place if he is not inspected.

This is 4 th time I’ve eaten here and every time I go there Is a Vietnamese or Chinese man (I’m assuming owner ) that is always rude. He always has a nonchalant attitude and has unwelcoming demeanor. Normally there are flies flying all over the place but it was a little cleaner today. I made a purchase. While I was making my purchase he was on the phone and totally disregarded me asking him a question because my card wasn’t reading. He eventually said “ oh “ after me standing there for 5 minutes waiting on him to fix the machine. My card goes thru and the seafood is sitting close next to him in the bag. I’m thinking he would hand the bag to me. You know like a courteous respectful owner when a customer is in there making a purchase. He never moved. Never gave me my bag. I had to reach over a good Length of counter to grab my things. The energy he gives is that he knows 100% of his customers are black. So your customer service and demeanor gives idgaf. For me to leave a review speaks volumes. The place is run down. The food looks questionable most of time but Slidell doesn’t have many places to eat seafood. It is so simple to smile and it’s so simple to treat your customers correctly. Without us you’d be closed. I will not be returning.

Bought three boil crabs from Keith's Seafood,13 dollars, old and empty if I didn't live so far I would bring them back. very disappointed!!! Never again

First time at this location and tried the shrimp poboy on a bun. Service was great, had a few dead cockroaches in the dining area but better dead than alive. Small dining area, maybe 3 tables which is fine. Best part was the food. Plenty of shrimp, dressed perfectly, and tasty as hell! I'll be back again and recommend to others.

I’m very sure the crawfish thats serve in the beginning of the day is the previous day’s crawfish. I have brought crawfish from the place multiple times and I can tell when that are fresh. Please stop serving days old crawfish in the early portion of the day.
