Its a great spot. My shrimp were very chewy but the flavor from the batter was amazing. While visiting slidell I ate there twice and both visits meet expectations but something was not below expectation both times, but tolerable. Had service been better, it could have been addressed and I would have been a 100% 5 star happy.
BEST SEAFOOD in town! Always hot and fresh. The cashier “CARTER” was the cherry on top! He was so helpful and nice with PERSONALITY PLUS! Hope “Kenny” knows what an awesome employee he is! IMO he’s management material!! Thank you Carter for your excellent customer service, I will definitely return, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and Carter, I hope you are working that day!
Wow! This place has some amazing catfish Poboys! Being born in New Orleans & growing up with a fisherman dad, it’s really hard to find GREAT seafood Poboys but Kenney’s definitely impressed me! Real authentic poboy bread & fried catfish to perfection, I loved it! Will absolutely be back!
