Stopped by on our way back to Houston. This place is very interesting. Typical Asian restaurant with a full bar and Louisiana vibe. Lots of regulars come in and know the staff by name. Very welcoming. They ran out of bbq pork so we got the shrimp toast. TIL that shrimp toast is delicious. Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Daughter got the chicken & noodle soup. Seasoning was delicious. Husband got the curry stir fry. It’s a yellow curry with lots of flavor. I got the combo fried rice and had plenty for leftovers. If we are in the area again we will stop by again for sure.

First time here, Jaya was our server (not sure if I spelled that correctly) she was an absolute delight! She was very attentive to us and ensured we needed for nothing, while tending to the other tables as well! The food was just as amazing as our service we received! And not only was everything delicious it was affordable as well we got the crunchy roll, the spicy crawfish roll, and the spicy snow crab roll and it was only $26! If I lived closer this would definitely be my go to sushi spot!

Got into Slidell 8/31 to see our new granddaughter and the parents wanted sushi from Koi's. We aim to please. Being our first time here, we asked for suggestions. The woman behind the counter and another server were wonderful in helping us decide what to get besides the requested Pontchartrain and Sushi Brothers rolls. We also got the Caribbean Way, Fry Daddy, and Crazy Tuna rolls. We also got a General Tsao's lunch special.
We were glad for the suggestions as all of the food was excellent.
We highly recommend this place for your Sushi and Chinese meals. This rivals our local sushi place.

I’ve eaten lots of sushi in my lifetime and their Sushi Brother’s roll is exquisite. Probably ordered it 40 times now. My wife likes to order different things on the menu to try and she hasn’t been disappointed. Great service and food.

Im sorry to say these things, BUTTTT. My experience was not the best. The food, was not good. The menu was VERY dirty never been wiped gunk all over it. The drinkss was very nasty.. lemonade was not lemonade Yakamein was just broth n noodles. My son got mix vegetables and shrimp rice. He said he was crunching on something hard in the rice kept spitting it out. The only thing i highly recommend is the egg rolls and the crunch roll. Other than that dont. I alway order my rolls from this restaurant and thought why not go in and try some other foods.. very disappointed. The waiter was great she could make a killing at another restaurant.

Great spot to go for some solid Asian food at a decent price. They were understaffed today, so I'm trying not to be harsh in my rating. Service was excellent, and they were very accomodating and trying their best with who they had. Most of the food was good, but I did have some minor complaints about the Mandarin Duck. The crispy skin was excellent, but the meat itself was very dry and overcooked, and the fat wasn't well-rendered. I wasn't going to complain since they were doing their best to keep up, and it was overall edible. That being said, the New Orleans roll, the drinks, and the fried rice were immaculate. I would definitely come back, but might order a different entree next time.

This place has really gone down hill. The last two times we ate there, I had walnut shrimp. The first time there were no walnuts. Last Friday there was a handful of chopped up plain walnuts -- they are supposed to be candied according to their menu. My husband had a vegetable and meat dish. Hardly any meat. They vegetables were over cooked and soggy. Probably won't dine there again. They used to be the best -- now not so much.

We had never been here before and heard good things from people we know. There were 4 tables of 2 people when we arrived. The host greeted us immediately and was very cordial. The drinks we ordered from him arrived before the waitress came to see us. By then we knew what we wanted and ordered dinner. The appetizers arrived quickly and were very disappointing. The chicken was pieces parts compressed rather than a whole piece of chicken. See the picture.
Dinner came out a few minutes later. The curry was somewhat bland even though I asked for the spicy level of seasoning. I asked for more spices and they brought a tray of peppers.
Overall, it could be much better with better wait staff and more seasoning .
