Took my grandson to get a burger today. I won't eat inside ever again. The dining room floors and tables are not clean. I loved the lil burgers but fries were old. And NO sweet tea. I've worked in service industry and if it's dirty in the dining room I wonder what's going on in the kitchen. Disappointed!

If you're driving thru Slidell and are hungry and see Krystal's burgers, Do yourself the greatest favor and keep driving. No one deserves to eat such atrocious food, the thinnest grey-ish meat and didn't smell appetizing at all. 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

Dirty the waffle and chicken drowned in some sugar glaze. So nasty. And the big lady waiting on us rolled her eyes like she hated moving her big body. And soft drinks were flat!! Just horrible

Drove in after midnight to a nearby motel. Placed an online order and it was as I ordered and prepared in a timely fashion. I’m grateful for this location because it’s the only 24 hour drive-through anywhere around.

What happened to the meat it is so thin its a condiment. Rediculous... waited 20 minutes almost at the window with 0 people in line 🙄. My coke had almost no ice and tasted like syrup. Sad used to be a favorite.
