That had to be the worst service at any place I’ve ever had, but I spoke. He did not. He handed me my bag swiped my card hence my card back and shut the window. Also, the food was nasty soggy un edible never again as many years as I’ve lived on this street I said I would never stop here again and I did so that is my last time ever ever ever.

Pityful place. Don't bother stopping. The staff doesn't have a clue what they're doing. Rude to boot. They weren't even familiar with their own menu. Sad. I wasn't expecting much, but eventually just walked out. I was about only one there yet the employee could not manage to take my order. CHEESE BURGER PLAIN.

I’m on a specific diet set by my Dr and I cannot eat onions. They told me they cannot make any burgers without onions when I have gotten food at that location on the last without onions….the drive-through guy said that they cannot help me so I left went across the street to sonic that made my burger without onions. I wonder how many customers you lose daily because of this.

Breakfast was too hard for this understaffed Slidell location, so they just canceled it.
Twice now I have ordered from this store on the app and had to go through my credit card to dispute because they refused to cancel my order when NOT having what I ordered in stock. I have deleted the app. The store is TOTAL TRASH. As a Chattanooga native (where Krystal originated in the 1930s) stay away!

We just stopped to pick up some lunch on our way home from a long road trip. The lobby was closed so we went through the drive through. We realized when we pulled up to the window to pay that there was 1 lady working. She deserves 5 stars!!! She was busting her butt making sure everyone got their orders. She was cooking, taking orders, and doing everything else. There were at least 5 cars behind us. This woman deserves a HUGE raise and a bonus. She delivered everything with a smile on her face.
