Stoped in to look in to some old memories of when I was younger I remember it being so good and delicious now it gas station food is honestly better I can see why Krystal’s are no more saw this place and was like oh my god Krystal’s I think this is the only time I’d want a refund on my food like the meat is a tasteless very grey meat like ew I’d rather eat raw meat out of my ice box at 3am then this would never come back here again sadly and ill miss it and overpriced for not a full on the belly my mom rolling in her grave

I love Krystal’s. However I did a mobile order only to pull up to the window 25-30 mins later and they were closed. I had my mouth set on burgers and I live in Amite. I ended up having to get a refund at the window as the app wouldn’t let me cancel my $30 order myself. So disappointed. They close at 10 pm and not 24 hours. The hours need to be updated on google.

We stopped at this Krystal's on our way home to Texas!! Great place. Food was fresh and the restaurant was clean. The only thing is the poor guy working there was there by himself to run the drive thru, and front counter and to cook the food! People complain that you can't get good help now days and yet companies do staff like this poor guy! Who ever manages this place needs to schedule more than 1 person on shifts or they need to be the one to run it all like this guy so they can see how hard that is!!

Slidell, LA Horrible. No one at the counter. Girl mopping spoke after about 5 minutes & said someone would be coming. It was her about another 5 minutes. The Classic Melt was horrible. Toasted (kinda) regular bread, two regular size patties (didn’t even cover the bread. There was no taste other than old stale bread.
