Can't get a basic online order right, even though it is clearly written out via the system. A 3 meat pizza and a pretzel crust pepperoni pizza are not complicated orders, and yet somehow they can't master this on multiple different days. My bad for giving them 3rd chance.

Never got my refund from Christmas eve order. Placed a pickup order on christmas eve on website. Showed up and they were closed. Would of been nice to be told that on the website.

You could clearly tell the crew tonight was short staffed and with everything going on via phone calls and drive-through multiple people in the lobby. One person genuinely stood out to me and that would be I believe her name is Haley while the other group of the crew seemed to be chasing their tails, unable to keep track of what they were making who they were making it for how many Miss Haley went above and beyond with customers, clearly communicating, and giving us accurate time frames to the best of her ability with everything that was going on. I grew up in kitchens and I’ve dealt with customer service most of my life. I have roughly a decade of management so when I say that this girl was holding it down and clearly deserves a raise very rarely have I seen that level of professionalism with all of the chaos that was going on tonight.

Was actually upset because they didn't have the dips that we wanted, they were also out of parm, pepper flakes, and the zap sprinkles. They also advertise the m and m cookie and did not have it.

Longer than average wait time for a large pepperoni pizza. Not impressed with their pizza. Staff could have been more friendly (smile). Not a lot of drink options in cooler due to low invitory stocked. Hard to get in and out of driveway due to traffic and only one way in and out. I will not be going back to this place.
