Steak would have been great if the cook had not doused it in red pepper. Last I checked red peppper was an OPTION!! A good cook cooks for the customer, not themselves. I had to wash the steak to make it edible. Wont make that mistake again.

If I could I would give no stars.The Manager on duty today 3/16/25 was very rude and unhelpful. I explained to her I drove over a hour to get my food, And use my code. She was very nonchalant. I showed her the email and code received today. Management said well I can’t help you call corporate. I will take that up with corporate. Management is terrible. Won’t be going back. Go to Baton Rouge.

We literally sat there for over 2 hours waiting for our food. I got there at 8 pm. and left at almost 1030. They eventually made it to go so we can leave. Absolutely ridiculous. I don't even know if my steak was cooked right or not . It went straight in the fridge when I got home. It was still $150 after the manager discount and I didn't even get to eat. Aggravated and mad is an understatement. I probably won't be going back.

We arrived at 12:00 noon, the parking lot was very empty, but we decided to stop. The restaurant was dirty, dark, and 2 teenagers were playing with each other, in the the empty section, where we were seated in. We were not greeted or served anything, upon leaving, I almost broke a leg on the greasy floor. We went, to Texas Roadhouse and had a 5 star experience!

Great place for a "chain" steakhouse of you're in the Hattiesburg area. Service is always great and the steaks are as good as they get for a chain store. Highly recommend the long horn ribeye.

The food at this place is delicious, however, the servers seemed like they didn't want to see people that night. I don't know the name of the manager last night, but she did everything she could to ruin our night and our dinner. Terrible service, she was simply throwing things on the table, straws, food, drinks. We had 3 guests who were arriving, she suggested they leave because there was room for them to sit, and the benches around were all empty. We love getting together with friends weekly, Longhorn will never be on our list for hangouts again.
Our visit to Longhorn was not very good. First of all we waited thirty minutes for our food. Then my steak was way overcooked and had to be recooked. After we finished we paid our bill in cash and did not receive our coin change. We were told by the server than they do not give coin change, but she would ask the manager. The server then brought the coin change to us!

The food was great but the service was absolutely terrible. It wasn’t busy at all and the host wasn’t at the host stand to seat us so we had to stand & wait while they all walked past us ignoring us. We finally was seated and the servers never came to our table until the manager made one of them come serve us. The server looked like she hated her life and didn’t want to be bothered by us.

This was our first time at lomghorn steak house. The food was amazing, probbaly the best steak that I ever had. We are def coming back. The Patron Dragonfruit Margarita is to die for.
