This may be my last time getting food from here. Steak is always good but I asked for double butter and I didn't get any. Requested extra fory potato and bread because they said for my last order I had to request which I did didn't get any. My baked potato was rotten in the middle. What is going on????? This is my 3rd disappointment with this place. Went in and was ignored trying to get a drink from the bar. Took their time and took care of everyone else so we left.

We drove 30 minutes to here this afternoon just to end up leaving without eating. Greeted right away by hostess and also waitress. She took our drink orders. Brought out the ice tea within a couple mins and took our steak orders. We waited 30 minutes and still did not receive our margarita and gin & tonic. It was nuts. I have never been to a restaurant and not received water or a drink order. It’s kinda job number 1. People will wait for their food no problem but a 30 min wait for a drink?! Needless to say we never got it and decided to leave. Waitress apologized and said she couldn’t find the bartender????

An incredible experience with takeout! I had a payment issue and they were incredibly patient, accommodating, and sweet! Drea and Melissa saw me at the front and promptly and super sweetly asked what i needed, and went to go see if my food was ready. i also asked for extra bread and other things during a really busy time and they were happy to help and very patient which you don’t find at a lot of places, so very thankful. then chloe brought me my food HOT AND FRESH AND EXACTLY PERFECT. very sweet staff, very patient staff, they all deserve raises!!!
I have loved Longhorn for years. Call ahead to see if there are any big parties going on because it can be along time before you get your food. It took awhile last night but the service was gracious. Tip generous when tipping they work hard. Thanks. Oh yeah, Ask how long will it take to get your food they will be honest with you. I had the lamb chops this time 5 on the plate.

My 1st time visiting here, I fell in love. They say third times the charm, but I'm over it now. We were seated immediately but had to wait at least 30 minutes before we got our food. We got our appetizers and main dishes at the same time. Still didn't receive an appetizer I ordered. There weren't any glasses available, so we drank from the to-go cups. The food is good though. Can't complain about that.
