So disappointing, the cream is good but the waffle bowl cones are always stale! Last time I went the cone was too hard to even bite. Shame. Not to mention the service was horrible, the kids in there just stared at me for a minute before even asking me what I wanted. Then proceeded to act like I was bothering them by coming in.

The staff has terrible attitudes. They never greet the customers and they literally act like they don’t see you standing at the counter or maybe they only greet a certain demographic. At first I thought maybe they were just having an off day but I went back a few more times experiencing the same service.

Place was clean however the service was terrible! I get you have young kids working there but to act like I'm bothering you isn't the greatest customer service. The young lady was quite rude. I feel that at least you should tell your guests hello instead of what do you want. Also, take the earphones out. Definitely won't be making the trip back.

Ordered a milkshake from here about 2 months ago. Must’ve been bad dairy cuz by the time I got home(10 mins) I was sick as I’ve ever been. In the bathroom for hours. Never again.

The ice cream was amazing. Our family loved it. I highly recommend it. I would give them a 5 but the workers here were not very friendly and I think they messed up our order because we got different sizes waffle cones. Great ice cream though!

Wonderful service & clean too! My family & I like to enjoy dessert at Marble slab at least once or twice a week. Staff is always professional & friendly! Catherine greeted us with a big ol’ smile that seemed to light up the room then proceeded to take all our orders even when the kids kept changing their mix-ins, she continued to smile & even laugh! We always look forward to our time at marble slab!!!
