I really hate to do this because I love their ice cream when you can get it mixed but this is the 3rd time recently I’ve tried to go and the slab is broken. It’s kinda odd to be named Marble Slab and never able to actually get the add ins mixed on the slab.

The marble slab was not working so instead of mix the strawberries with the ice cream they just gave us a cup of strawberries on the side. For a $10 cup of ice cream with tip that is unsatisfactory especially for a busy shopping area.

So disappointing, the cream is good but the waffle bowl cones are always stale! Last time I went the cone was too hard to even bite. Shame. Not to mention the service was horrible, the kids in there just stared at me for a minute before even asking me what I wanted. Then proceeded to act like I was bothering them by coming in.

The staff has terrible attitudes. They never greet the customers and they literally act like they don’t see you standing at the counter or maybe they only greet a certain demographic. At first I thought maybe they were just having an off day but I went back a few more times experiencing the same service.

Place was clean however the service was terrible! I get you have young kids working there but to act like I'm bothering you isn't the greatest customer service. The young lady was quite rude. I feel that at least you should tell your guests hello instead of what do you want. Also, take the earphones out. Definitely won't be making the trip back.

Ordered a milkshake from here about 2 months ago. Must’ve been bad dairy cuz by the time I got home(10 mins) I was sick as I’ve ever been. In the bathroom for hours. Never again.

The ice cream was amazing. Our family loved it. I highly recommend it. I would give them a 5 but the workers here were not very friendly and I think they messed up our order because we got different sizes waffle cones. Great ice cream though!
