I've ordered here more than 20 times. They've always been great at my orders but I've never left a review. Today they messed up my order, 2 slices of carrot cake. I got home, noticed one was cheesecake, called them and they made it easy and gave me a handwritten apology. First class service that's worthy of being acknowledged.

I like this store. I like the food. All of it is good. Especially the loaded potatoes. Good pricing on their items. Well, maybe except for a bowl of soup. The bowl I got couldn't have held more than maybe 1.5 cups of liquid. The soup was served in a paper pressed cup. Not even a regular bowl. The only thing I'll say for this soup is that it was very good. I just expected more soup for the price.Next time I'll go back to the loaded potato. A lot more food for the price charged.

The Staff is typically friendly but they have no time management whatsoever. They can have more people working than customers in the store and still have you waiting 20 minutes to pick up a single sandwhich. They cost to much for such slow service.

I ordered a nacho basket. This is actually what I got. Pathetic.What's even worse is the amount of meat they put on my club sandwich. Trash.Tried eating my sandwich. They didn't clean the lettuce. This is the first time I've tasted DIRT in my food. Lazy, everyone needs to go find another job cause this isn't working.

If i could give 0 stars for this location i would! This location regularly "forgets" toppings that the customer pays for. I understand if they are out of something which happens but to fail to alert the customer and credit the order is just outrageous. General manager lied about partial refund of the order. Corporate should re-staff entire management team of this location.

The employees and food are always on point. BUT I've visited 2 times in the past 6 weeks and nobody has bothered to clean the bathroom between those visits. My 8 yr old son refuses to use it ?
Don't dine in very often, but we get take-out fairly regularly. The staff are friendly and they haven't messed up a take-out order yet. Wide variety of menu items means there's something for all the picky eaters in my household. I love the big baked potatoes.Parking: Parking lot is tight, especially if you have a bigger vehicle. Save your car doors. Park out a little ways and walk in.

This place is a s*it show... the service is slow and horrible. I've been waiting in line to order for about 8 minutes now and 3 people have returned their orders for being wrong. One guy ordered a club sandwich and ended up with a baked potato! - There are 4 people in the kitchen, 2 food runners, 1 lobby lady, and 1 cashier. At least adjust one of your food runners to go back and forth between running food and back up cashier, for when the line is 6 people deep (like it is right now).

Your order is placed at the counter. Then the server brings it out when it’s ready. Food was delicious. Not overly crowded for lunch. And they didn’t mind that we stayed and talked for at least five hours, until the dinner crowd came in. Everything was really nice
