The kids were excited to get a minecraft toy in their happy meal on April 1st and they got an old toy from months ago instead.

Ordered two things an Oreo McFlurry and a sweet tea sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes waiting to pay after ordering and then they didn’t give me a straw for my tea and didn’t blend the McFlurry just Oreo on top of ice cream.

Absolutely the worst McDonald's we have ever been to. The double drive thru car line had about 10 cars,at least, waiting in line. So decided to park and get down to order inside. Upon entering about 20 people either waiting to order or waiting for their order. Standing in line, it was very obvious that there were about 12 employees working but the majority of workers were just standing around talking or walking aimlessly. Stood in line about 10 mins then another 20 mins just to get my order of 2 coffees with cream and 2 sausage biscuits. Again, this was not from a lack of employees but from a lack of effort/work by employees. Customers were anxious, agitated, and also making comments about the extremely poor service at this McDonald's. Where was the shift manager or supervisor? Repeatedly (3 times), I reminded them that I wanted 2 creamers in each coffee. However, when we returned to our car, our coffees had NO creamers at all. They couldn't even get our order correctly even at a snail's pace!!!
Upper management and/or franchise owner should be taking better care of their customers. I know we will never stop there again!

Whats the point of the drive thru if all they do is make everyone park. The drive thru is used when most people are on the run or lunch. I ordered my food and they have parked at least 5 cars. But hey their times look good.

Not a smile on any employee's face. Felt totally unwelcome. Bathroom a mess. Drink area really needed attention. This restaurant owner really needs to hire some Chick-fil-A managers.

The only 2 stars goes to the lady who took my order. She was polite and thorough. 2nd window... Immediately upon pulling up to it says to pull up to the door. Nothing more. All I ordered was meat patties. No fries, no buns. Shouldn't be this hard. And I still am sitting here for 10 mins since being told to pull to the door. No food. No explanation. No service. They weren't busy at the moment I pulled up. Only after my order did 4 more vehicles arrive.

everything was fine until we realized the worker didn’t close the cap of the coffee and my mother got it all over herself. this is unacceptable because the drink might have been hot and she might have got burn

The young woman working at the drive thru at this specific location at 9:25pm on November 30th had a disgusting attitude. I was trying to place an order for 2 meals. I had already given her 1 of the 2 orders, had been in line for 15 minutes before I was at the menu. Hadn’t even been at the drive thru a full minute. The young lady wouldn’t wait 15 seconds for me to give her my second order. She sounded irritated and basically told me to hurry up with my order. I sat for another 20 seconds before I decided she was probably going to spit in my food… so I left without completing the order. Crappy service. I went to canes down the street which was also busy but still had better attitudes.

As is the case with McDonald's as a whole, service during busy times is non-existent. I used mobile pickup and waited 15 minutes before going inside to check on it. My bag was sitting on the counter and they told me that they were waiting on pancakes to be cooked. Mcdonald's does not cook pancakes, they reheat them. As I looked in the back, pancakes were being shoveled into every other order that came after mine, I let the worker know. Had I not come in, I'd probably still be outside waiting for my food. I totally understand that things will be a little slower when busy, but this was rough.

Person that delivered my food to me in spot 5 practically threw my food at me, was also on the phone and didn’t acknowledge me. Plus yall don’t put butter on your crispy sandwhiches making them dry as hell. This is a corporate business and y’all can never operate normally, y’all need me to help or something? I got the experience and could teach your workers a thing or too

This location is easy accessibility off of I 10 on Gause Boulevard in Slidell, Louisiana. All food ordered was hot fresh and on point drive-through was very backed up on this Sunday morning. So we decided to go in and order.
Which actually was time-consuming also.
On this particular morning, they were swamped and shorthanded……
There was no one to take your order. You had to use the kiosk in the lobby for some that is very easy but for others, it is very complicating.
The human service was great but note to managers and owners. Please do try to have adequate employees present during your peak times of business. The consumer would appreciate it.
