I feel like the manager is really unpleasant and has no family to go to this Christmas (on account of her unpleasantness), because she drove around the property on Christmas and wasted law enforcement resources to tell a homeless man to leave the storefront of a closed business instead of telling him herself. Now, she may be upset that she got coal this year and I can see why that might be the case.

I would give service a negative infinity if I could for their night shifts. DO NOT GO HERE AT NIGHT….staff will 100% mess up your order no matter how simple it is. Also DO NOT SELECT “CURBSIDE PICK UP” as an option to get your food. This place will mark it complete and leave you out there until you eventually go in to check yourself and even then make you wait longer. I had to wait a total of 45mins just for a large fries and a medium Coke….please do not waste your time here…the drive to a different location will actually save you more time than waiting here.

Today Sunday November 2 2025 at 10:00 am I came to eat with my family in this McDonalds everything was going fine so far until my mom noticed some mosquitoes inside her coffee .. not one but two dead mosquitoes and small legs from what looked like a cockroach.
We were disgusted just looking at it, so like any normal person would we went to order a new coffee for my mom expecting it to be made new and clean but we ended up checking it again once they gave it to us and then again there was those same mosquitoes on the coffee after that my mom was just furious and after that her stomach started hurting.
when she tried to just ignore it but it ended up being worse and she didn’t drink it. When I saw this I then checked my frappe that I had been drinking and to no surprise there was also a small piece of brown trash but it wasn’t as worse as my moms situation so over all I wouldn’t recommend this place at ALL.
Super disgusting this place needs more sanitation rules.
Food was hot, service was polite, but be sure and check your order.

Some disgusting piece of you know what put a nail In My sons sandwich, the food was prepared at approximately 2:06pm Oct, 3 2025. This is beyond nasty, and you’re lucky I didn’t drive back up there and rip whoever prepared that food from behind the counter…… This place needs to be investigated because that is highly unacceptable. I wouldn’t sit here and take the time to write all this if I didn’t find it absolutely necessary, and no I am not making this up. Very disturbing…… and whoever the cook or cooks were at this time frame at the dates mentioned need to be throughly questioned and investigated. Check cameras and everything because they are contaminating food. The other sandwich had what appeared to be mucus from someone spitting in it as well. Though I threw that one out before I even thought to take a picture of it and spread the information, I really do not have the time to sit here make all this up. I am not trying to file lawsuits or anything but this needs to be looked into immediately.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. The food I received was inedible. It was hard, cold, and tough to bite through. I ordered for pickup, entered the correct spot number, and yet the staff went to the wrong spot twice. On top of that, the employees I interacted with were rude and dismissive instead of helpful.
I understand mistakes happen, but when food quality, service, and attitude are all this poor, it reflects badly on the entire restaurant. I won’t be returning to this location.

I ordered through the app for curbside pickup. When I arrived 35 minutes later, my order still wasn’t ready. I had to wait even more, and when I finally asked the staff, they only then started preparing it. My French fries were not fresh, and both Sprites tasted flat, not like soda.
