Unsure why I expect any different from McDonald’s or why I even bother coming anymore most days. It’s not like it’s as cheap as it used to be. It’s always something either they didn’t give me the sauce I ordered, refuse to refill the drink syrups, or just ignore requests of simple sandwich topping alterations. An absolute embarrassment to the fast food community. I am appalled… I can’t believe you’ve done this. So here I am eating my dry sauce less nuggets, only to wash them down with a large cup of Dr pepper without the Dr Pepper.

I pay to much attention.employees digging in there ears are girls playing with there weave.no gloves no hairnets cold food.i know it fast food but i got a cheeseburger that was so old and dry.i probably could of broke a window with it.just nasty.

I'm not sure if it's incompetence, or not caring, but messing up my order has become commonplace. My big issue is when that happens, nobody is willing to go out of their way to correct the issue. I was shorted 2 cheeseburgers for my kids today and was told to get in the back of the line and reorder them. Customer Service is a joke to these people. That's just one of many scenarios. I'll drive the extra 5 minutes to the next closest one from here on out.

First and foremost whoever the light skin girl is that gives you your food at the window with the dry ponytails at the Brownswitch location need to fix her attitude if u dont like your job find another one!! Very disrespectful idk if its bc she was having a bad hair day or what but baby you gotta do better and the managers need to keep you away from the damn window

I stopped here with family on a 17hr drive. I waited 45min for two happy meals. Homie in the drive looked stressed and discombobulated at 6 cars. I couldn’t help. I felt bad for him his coworkers were just holding hands and bsing in other drive thru window.
The food was cold. Poor guy dropped the apple juice out the window after almost handing us someone else’s 10 piece.
Crazy. I know it’s McDonalds but this one was extraordinarily disappointing. They have zero teammates working there, horrible service, and the audacity to have cold fries too.

I have not been to a McDonald's in years that had a fast service, friendly employees, and is clean. It's a challenge to find just 1 of those at most McDonald's much less all 3 at one location.
Got the Big Mac meal. The burger was terrible. The fries were pretty old too.
