HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!. Never coming here ever again !!. It took my 35 minutes for my 2 burgers and a 6 piece nugget!!!. The employees are horrible and can NOT DO THEIR JOB . Everybody was just standing around not helping anyone at the front counter including me and my family . THIS IS THE WORST FAST FOOD RESTAURANT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO

sat in the curbside pick up spot for over 30 minutes when I finally got my food the guy said they didn’t see my order everything was cold and it was the wrong drink.

They need to get some better workers. Those kids just standing around playing. I ordered my food through the app and went through the drive through. The boy at the Window told me to pull to the reserved spot #2. I waited over 15 mins for my order and. I watched the kid come out of the restaurant with my food and proceeded to go to the two other cars that were parked, trying to give them my food. I finally got out of my car and went inside. I see nothing but the male workers standing around talking to their friends who walked inside.
Thanks to the manager who made my food over for me, but her crew is out of control. They aren’t helping or doing anything she says. Only person I saw working is the young lady that was in the back with the manager.
Very unprofessional..I always come to this location. I won’t be going back.

This has got to be the fastest McDonald's in the southeast Louisiana area. I have never had to sit in drive through for more than a few minutes. Today was probably the longest I sat in their drive thru lane. 6 cars in front of me. 5 minutes to get my order in and pay. Another 3 minutes to get my food because they were slammed and had to wait on French fries.
