Charged me for an item and refused to take it off seconds later at window. My guess is he refused to take it off BC he would have had to hang up the call with his bf to go tell them not to fix the ice cream sundae. That or he was just that lazy so I got stuck with paying for something that I didn't want that went to waste

it’s always an issue at this store. it’s like the workers are only there to collect a check oppose to doing their ACTUAL job. get it together!

If you drive a nice enough car you can just pull right up to the last window and drive through and make everybody else wait and their food gets cold. But you don't have to roll your windows down at the kiosk. A properly run restaurant would make you drive around and get back in line again.
