The cookies are delicious! But the store manager AMBER is very rude and needs to work on her customer service skills so therefore this place will not get another penny from me.

Let me start by saying regardless iof my experience today, I still love TCBY! But......Just went today for “Waffle Cone Wednesday” with my bestie around 3:40. We mentioned it to the manager and she stated oh no we don’t have that anymore. We haven’t had Waffle Cone Wednesday in quite awhile. Oh, ok!! I bought my $7 cone, ate it and enjoyed it. My friend and I sat outside for a while. The manger left and a mom and her 4 daughters went in and all walked out with their over stuffed cones! I casually said to the mom, gosh that must have cost a fortunate since it’s no longer waffle cone Wednesday. She said why no it is waffle cone Wednesday, it’s the only reason I can afford it. Ha!!! Oh really?

I went here yesterday for the first time and it was great! I think the girl’s name was Lexi. She was very helpful and polite. The yogurt was delicious and I got cookies also! I will be back very soon!!
