I had never heard about this place till today, I'm staying nearby and decided to venture out and was I glad I did. I walked in and was greeted immediately with a big friendly hello and welcome. I sat at the bar and Stephanie took care of me. She did a great job of keeping my drink full and always had time to check in on me, despite her having a full bar and helping in the kitchen. I ordered a shrimp po boy and man was it good, I mean real good. I substituted onion rings for like 2 bucks more and they were worth it. The bread was toasted and crunchy not soggy and the onion rings were crispy. The shrimp tasted fresh and was seasoned just right. I will recommend this place as a great place to just chill, drink a cold one and eat some good food. ***IF you're a trucker and want great food, take a walk down here, it's definitely worth it.***

This is the first place I have ever given a 5 star. We had a assortment of foods as you can see with the pictures. Stephanie was a 5, great personality and hustle. Presentation was a 5, clean plates, beautiful food. Taste 5 oh my gosh, best tasting food ever. Home cooking, in a restaurant.

As this was my first time eating here I'll have to rate based a single visit, I ordered to go and sat at the bar while i waited and the bartender still gave me attention and offered her assistance in understanding the menu. She offered a drink while i waiter and only gave just enough attention to where I didn't feel bothered and she did bring food out promptly when it was ready. I ordered the carfish combo meal deal which catfish nearly melted in my mouth, fries were thick & hot still as I got it back home. This meal also came with gumbo and bread which tasted as good as the fish. Portions fall adequately into it's price @$9.99 for everything, was full when finished. Only gave it 4 stars cause you pay as a fast-food chain(prior to eating) prior to eating even when dinning in.

Great quality of the product served. Down home wholesome and great customer service. I love this place.

I'm not sure if everybody can truly appreciate the perfection of the breading and fried crispiness of the food here, but to anybody who's ever worked in a kitchen and dealt with fried foods...seasonings, oils, temperatures, breadings...All of the little details which make fried foods perfected were all in order, and the garlic/herbs sauce drizzled over the potato wedges really set them off. Love love LOVE this joint for a keen eye on all of the little details which create big taste. I'm from texas and I will miss this place cause it's better than any large chain restaurant I've come across out here and the bars been set high. :/

This was my first time coming. Great food. Food was hot and had an amazing taste. Would come back, but only to Sit at the bar or order to go. The service actually sucked. She didn't check on us at all until we were done with everything, but she checked on 2 other tables next to us that sat after us. We still tipped because we work in the food industry. But the service needs to step it up.

The food is consistently delicious however as bad I hate to say it, the service leaves much to be desired. The place is indeed clean and the food it outstanding. If service would improve, they would easily deserve 5 ⭐️ ‘s.

Bar is full service. Tables, you order at a window then sit. Food was the freshest and very tasty. Fries come with garlic and herbed melted butter poured on top. Now, why haven't I thought of that! No ketchup needed.

Food was very good, so was the service. The food came out fast and the quality was very high for the price. The only thing I would upgrade is there hush puppies are just plain unseasoned cornmeal.

Casual but very nice. Good food but limited menu. Manhattan was weak.

Great food. I got the 1/2 fried shrimp and 1/2 thin catfish with the garlic fries. Oh my from first bite food had my food tapping away. Love the thin catfish. Never had it anywhere but here. I would recommended this to anyone who is a seafood lover. They also have delicious hamburgers. A+++++++++++

Started off with the crawfish queso and a bud light draft. Came out of the kitchen really quick with little wait. Quite tasty. For dinner, it was the Taste of a New Orleans platter. I choose the seafood gumbo (lots off shrimp.) "Thin" fried catfish was very tasty and had a good season to the crust. Fried shrimp and the garlic fries were out of this world.
