Best local bar in Slidell by far. Service is great, security is nice and the owner is very nice. I go there every time i'm in town.

Allen, it is quite odd that you say this, and the owner acts like this! My buddy just went through the same thing, the worse part is, it was New Year’s Eve and everyone was partying and he got singled out, he was the only black man in the bar!!!And worse, the security was calling him racial slurs and yelling in his ear the entire time he was trying to close out his tab. So I don’t know where the owner gets off by saying he is around black people?!Good thing there is a court date because of what this escalated to. Can’t wait to see what’s in store for this place in the future!!

Local bar that has been here over 20 years. Everyone passes through at some point. The bartenders are top notch, service is great even when it is busy. The DJs are some of the best in the south. Security is good there is rarely any trouble and if there is it is handled quickly. The bathrooms are clean for a bar

Went there last night and was told I couldn't come in with shades even after I showed my eyes. I've had 5 eyelid surgeries and have to wear shades around certain lights. I was told by security and I asked to speak with the owner or manager on duty. He told me there was none, which is false! People of color be advised, I feel this establishment is not welcome to people of color. The disrespect cannot be overlooked and I spent great money with the business to the left called margaritas and beer. I'm also an out of town visitor and there were literally 4 people of color out of 75 so I know why the security was being so RACIST.*EDIT THE DAY AFTER...As people can see from the owners response, don't go to this bar, definitely go the bar next door. Unprofessional & RACIST owners and security.

This is a decent bar located in Slidell's party district. There is free street parking available and thy have a DJ on Thursday and the weekends. They have a tv playing at the bar and there are pool tables, dart boards, and a punching power bag there as well. The staff there is friendly and the bar seems to attract a younger crowd. I was there on Thirsty Thursday drinks are half priced. People were in and out that night. Smoking is not allowed in the bar, but that's cool because they have tables outside on the side walk where you can smoke. You can even drink your drink with you. The DJ played a little bit of everything with a high concentration of old and new school hip-hop. Their drinks are pretty strong and are decent sized. I really enjoyed my time at this bar. It was pretty chill for the most part. They were playing decent music and the drinks were dirt cheap. I like this joint for some odd reason. It is a bit of a local spot, but I is pretty cool and laid back.
Here's what I love about OTT: This is a bar that knows who they are and - equally important - who they AREN'T. Nobody can be all things to all people and OTT is not trying to do that or BE that. Lots of places are schizophrenic trying to market to everyone. Not OTT. They know who they are: a great gathering place for locals that appeals to every demographic with no pretense. And that's what I see when I come here: an over 60 crowd who love this place and wouldn't go anywhere else - and - yet it's a place where a 20's and 30's crowd come because of the great selection of DJ's and live bands that are part of the regular routine here. They aren't trying to be the trendy, or be the go to place for whatever social media fad gets promoted. This is a place that understands who they are and WHERE they are. This is a place that understands people. That's what I love about this place.
