PIZZA PIZZA ?
*
First time trying the new spot in Slidell and didn't disappoint! I'm not a typical pozza fan but I do enjoy a slice or two. Traditional pizza joint lobby with seating and counter to order at. Exposed kitchen to see the inner workings was cool. Fast service and got our food very quickly. We got the Margherita, Nucci and cheese sticks. All fantastic and love the thin, crunchy crust. Would def recommend if you want a pizza on the lighter bread side of things

This isn’t just good pizza. This will reveal to you what good pizza truly is.
I’ve lived in New Jersey. I’ve been to Joe’s in NYC. I even spent a year in New Haven, the apizza holy land. There are certain things in a great pizza that I never thought I’d get in Slidell… until I went to Pream.
The dough is spectacular. It has a rich, yeasty flavor, a strong chew, and wonderful char on the bottom. If you’re one of those people that doesn’t eat the crust, one bite of this will change your ways.
The toppings are great. They don’t drown the pizza with sauce, trusting the flavor to stand out. The pepperoni has a nice pop. I’m happy to see a number of Italian meats available. As for the cheese, it’s pungent, completing a flavor profile what allows each element to stand out.
My one criticism is that I didn’t see any anchovies available.
Going in, I saw they had “muffuletta egg rolls” or something. It’s nice to see them pairing perfectly made classic pizza with experimental offerings. The weekend discount to celebrate Olave was also welcome.
We have a lot of great Italian food in Slidell. We’ve got Fratelli’s and Joe’s. This is the only place I’ll be getting pizza from.

Okay.. Without being biased due to the name of this pizza shop. It Actually had an amazing pizza. I got a cheese and I got a Popeye. The cheese pizza was really good when it came to the ingredients. Little sloppy but not bad, but that Popeye pizza…could easily be the best pizza I’ve had in Slidell or hell even Louisiana. Nice undercarriage and ingredients were fresh. Little pricey for a pie, but I guess if you want cheap pizza that’s what little Caesars is for. Hope this place sticks around I’ll be ordering pizza here from this point on.

Have always loved the pizza, but tried the garlic knots today- DELISH!
Cute little place with a great staff. Our 3rd time eating there was last night & we tried a bit of everything. The Pesto sauce pizza was very fresh & popped with the flavors of it's ingredients. The chicken tender special was not only a bargin but tasty to boot. Nice large pieces of chicken, crunchy with just the right amount of sauce. The garlic knots were not my favorite PERSONALLY but the marinara is too die for. Our official pizza place in Slidell!

Disappointed I didn't notice this place sooner, I've been wanting to find a more traditional pizza joint bc I've not had the opportunity to try that before and this was a great introduction.
I've been twice now and tried their margherita pizza, chicken cutlet parm sandwich, and the muffaletta egg rolls.
The pizza was great, flavor good, crust was nice and crispy, cheese didn't seem like much but pulled well and tasted great.
The Chicken Parm was pretty good, bread was nice and soft, chicken was crispy, the sauce wasn't bad but in my opinion it could use some seasoning, mainly a little salt and pepper, and maybe some Italian herbs. But all together it was delicious.
The Muffaletta Egg Rolls were great, crispy, meaty, and salty.
Will definitely be back.

They didn’t honor a gift card even after admitting they said gift card purchase at COTE can be used at both locations. They said they’ve accepted a few, but could not anymore, but you can’t change the rules of something after someone has made the purchase under the impression they could use it at both locations. Now that COTE has closed down, the gift card is now unusable. They should have honored their word.

Nice small place for some great pizza. Lunch specials are good, just would like some of their special pizzas to be included, but still good pizza. The place is on the smaller side, so if you have a larger party 8+ be prepared.

This could be the best pizza I have ever had. The sauce is delicious & full of flavor. Perfect no flop crust. You can tell these guys know what they're doing. Love the name & 4 cheese pizza. The price is well worth it.

I really hoped for a great pizza. Unfortunately the pizza was just so so. A supreme pizza should be their best. But this one hardly had any ingredients. And the muffuletta side of that pizza tasted bad..
Last, the ingredients that were on the pizza was inside 10 inches of the 14” pizza. Sams club frozen pizza is way better.
Seriously, how can I possibly say this was good.
Let’s talk chicken wings.
Hardly No sauce. And the ranch dressing was thinned out so much it was running off the wing.
Come on guys. Really.
However, the service was wonderful. The young lady on the phone was very nice. She alone gets 5 stars.

Absolutely phenomenal! The Sicilian pizza was insanely light yet crispy at every edge. The flavor was fantastic! The meatballs were incredible as well! They also bakes fresh cookies and those were also delicious. I think this might very well be the best pizza in Slidell!
