I always loved this place because it’s clean and you could see the kitchen and how the food is prepared. I don’t eat there. I just pick up but yesterday nobody was there to take orders. Everyone was in the back. I waited with a bunch of other people. Finally, a young lady showed up; she looked like she didn’t want to be bothered. I put my order in, she put a bunch of noodles and a little bit of chicken and meat with broccoli. Both plates looked alike, not enough main dishes like it always was. I had to wait for the rangoons and spring rolls; they were getting fried and they were ready but nobody to serve them. It’s disappointing. Some young ladies left because of the wait. It was never like that. It’s unfortunate

I eat at panda express about once a month. I always get the Beijing beef, but I’m not sure whether it’s good or I just use a lot of Chinese hot mustard. For the price it’s a bargain compared to prices nowadays. I do like their unsweet tea.

I would have taken a picture of the food but this one is a no no .. the grill chicken was so bland I thought I was eating something else . The noddle was greasy and I think when someone has a recipe they should follow it . Because I went back about noon and it was different

The service was bad. I waited 15 minutes for greens mix and was told I was lying. I have a time stamped receipt. Then I was met with attitude about changing to white rice. The main reason for the change was partially because of the “4to5” over 15 minute wait but was primarily because she used her bare hands to place the greens in the basket. Disgusting practice. The whole experience was bad. I will not be going back.

Made an order online 20 min in advance then had to wait 25 min upon arriving for a total of 45 min. Not the first time.
3 times I have been to the one on Gause blvd and they have been out of food while I wait on that they run out of my other food horrible management someone better get it figured out fast

Ordered two plates. One was great…. Mine was the bigger plate, I ordered the half and half chow mein and super greens, double orange chicken and the pepper steak……. DIDNT GET MY THIRD ENTREE!!!! Paid extra for it too! I live to far to go back! Do better!

Order the pick 2 sides and 3 entrees. My 3 entrees was beef and broccoli and all I got was broccoli. Very little beef. Literally all I was gonna eat was white rice and broccoli. Extremely disappointed for $35 dollars I paid for. The other meal was fine in aspects of food portion but was cold.

I had a problem with the online app and ended up going into the restaurant. The employee that served my food, and handled the transaction jumped through a bunch of hoops to make sure my order and payment was correct. For take-out, I thought the food was pretty good.
