Absolute terrible customer service through the drive thru.

Giving 2 stars because for some reason the customer service has been horrible when it come to drive through. Last week,I had a mobile order, hot to the speaker, no response for 3 minutes (no cars ahead of me), drive go window , I see employees who are proceeding to ignore me for another 6 minutes until I decided to CALL the restaurant to speak with a manager.. with no clear reason as to why I was being ignored at all. Manager also didn’t offer any resolution for my inconvenience at all, just a blanket apology. I went again today for lunch, even when I’m being polite. There are no “please, thank you, have a good day” PLEASE work on this, it’s too expensive for rude employees to drive away customers.

Slidell staff is superb! They are always very friendly, efficient, and they even remember special requests without being reminded. Plus, the Slidell location is a convenient and easy stop. 5 Stars!

Very nice restaurant atmosphere. Ordering process was done on the kiosk and very easy to put in. After ordering, I went and waited at the pick up widow and watched the employees completely ignore making the food and have a whole conversation about their employee discounts and perks of the job. As the line continued to get longer the conversation continues with no urgency to get out backed up orders. After getting tired of watching the conversation take place I decided to go ask for a refund which caused the conversation to stop long enough for me to ask for a refund and be told my order would be ready soon to just wait by the window. Had to request a manager to get my refund. Manager offered refund immediately and was very kind and professional. Will not visit this location again.

I’m a DD and walked in to pick up an order. They see me and look away. I said I’m here to pick up an order they laugh. Very poor customer service. I can’t give a no star so I had to give them 1 star
