Good local, not really a sit. down restaurant but they have a few chairs that you can sit and eat a quick bite we asked the staff. Good amount of parking available and restroom as well.

Ordered wings ask that they be cooked well done. Received wings they were half cooked. Call store to report it Manager on duty (Aiden Bates) like what you want me to do. Brought it in to store was told he could remake them. Due to attitude from manager, I ask for a refund. Also was told that I couldn’t have Gen. Manager name.Very unprofessional staff needs more customer service training.
I love this, Papa John’s. It is the best one in Slidell, I love the way they open the door for you to leave great customer service every time I’ve been they have all assisted me very kindly.

The pizza was good, but the garlic knots were disgusting. Whoever made our order should have known this was excessive and unnecessary. We couldn't enjoy our food, and ?? garlic butter was seeping through the box.
