Ordered wings ask that they be cooked well done. Received wings they were half cooked. Call store to report it Manager on duty (Aiden Bates) like what you want me to do. Brought it in to store was told he could remake them. Due to attitude from manager, I ask for a refund. Also was told that I couldn’t have Gen. Manager name.Very unprofessional staff needs more customer service training.

I love papa John's but I was irritated 1$ for dorito dipping sauce and there was barely anything in there like 3 dips and it's done I expect more next time

Cleanliness was lacking in the restaurant and restroom. Service was okay worker's were professional.Parking: The parking needs restructuring, it's weird and not easily accessible when multiple cars try to park in the front.

There's not much to say but we chose to hit Papa John's rather than the usual Friday night Pizza hut for the kids. After ao long we decided to switch pizza parlors. The crew working was fast and friendly. The mgr seen my shirt and asked if I was a FF and then proceeded to give me a discount which I told him was not needed but he said it's their policy. Anyway everyone was friendly as soon as you hit the door. I love Papa John's pizza and I wanted my kiddos to try something other than pizza hit and dominos(ugh). They really love the garlic dipping sauce for their crust. In all the pizza were hot, ready on time, and customer service was great out of 100 id give this location 95/100! Anyone that follows me, honestly it's really hard to just give a fast food joint 100 or 10/10 but this Papa John's is tightly manged so they aren't far off 100.thank you guys

Ordered the the works pizza and the pepperoni with pepperoni stuffed crust both with original crust. Big mistake. The pepperoni pizza was soggy and had way too much cheese. The works pizza was okay. Next time will get the thin crust. Both pizzas were under cooked. Doughy and floppy. I may just stick with Pizza Hut!!!
