I love family businesses and had the gift of recently being able to visit this beautiful and sweet venue that exudes warmth. The food is delicious.The thoughtfulness with which they put together trays and think about food comes through. There is nothing cold or unconsidered here- it is fun discovering rooms. There is interesting art on the walls and delicate touches in all the powder rooms. I felt very welcome. Too, I loved driving from Old Slidell and seeing Christmas ligjts put up along the way there. Patton's is a special place in Slidell that is not far from New Orleans.

I've planned a lot of events over the course of my career (professionally) and life (personally) - this was the best people to work with. & the most exquisite catering I've had the pleasure of eating. My husband and I got married at Patton's this past May. Throughout the entire process of preparing for our big day, everyone we came in contact with at Patton's was helpful, accommodating, and genuinely excited to help us. I can't say enough good things about the three main ladies we were in contact with... Sheila, Erin, and Elyse. Sheila met with us multiple times at times that were convenient for us, was flexible with our options, and did hands-on problem solving MANY times. Erin and Elyse were with us on our wedding day, and we found them to be SO professional, organized, and detailed. We truly felt that we were in capable hands with the crew at Patton's. The venue itself was absolutely PERFECT-- dreamy, historic, beautiful, and roomy enough for our entire reception to be indoors. To top it off, the food was incredible. So many of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed themselves. If you are considering Patton's for your wedding day, I highly recommend them!! You will be met with intentional and heartfelt care.

I really hate doing this, but both my wife and I got food poisoning after having Sunday Brunch for Mother's Day 2025. She's an E.Department nurse, so this is not a misdiagnosis.
We had a 2:30pm seating, so maybe that had something to do with it. Some of the seafood items appeared to have been out for quite a while. It was a rough night, but we are recovering this Monday; fortunately we had scheduled to take the day off already.
Anyway, if anyone else had this issue, would appreciate hearing about it. Thanks.

Mother’s Day brunch It was so beautiful and the food was so delicious. I am a very picky eater. I am not usually a fan of buffet dining. This was very different. Everything I got was extremely delicious. The pork literally melted in your mouth. The beef was so good. There were several seafood options. I had salad and fruit I wished I hadn’t because I should’ve saved room. It was good but I didn’t know how good the brunch food and meat potatoes and seafood options were going to be. The staff was amazing. The dessert was delicious. Flowers everywhere. The house is always gorgeous. It was just a great experience.

I was very disappointed with the brunch yesterday, on Mother's Day. I started with breakfast, scramble eggs, bacon, chicken gumbo, and biscuit. EVERYTHING WAS COLD!! Something that's dangerous because they were serving with NOT THE RIGHT FOOD TEMPERATURE. Service was bad, but understandable because of the Mother's Day celebration. But, not acceptable because they are a place in which they are supposed to know how many employees they need for those venues.The worst thing is that they charged $120 for 2 people, and I felt like I robbed, for breakfast, which was not to the level of "Pattons" reviews. I'm pretty sure I've eaten better food at my kid's school cafeteria. So, no impressed at all!

It was a nice surprise from son, thank goodness for buffet , and food good, where ya can serve self. The service hit and miss with familys drinks, and never did get dessert. After more than 20 min, told them to cancel dessert, and still took a bit to get cks taken care of.

We went with Patton’s Catering at the recommendation of a coworker who does events regularly. The event we host is an all-day program that we provide breakfast, lunch, and snack breaks. Erin, the owner, was quick to respond to our inquiry and set up a walk-through with us prior to the event. We had some interesting challenges where our dining area was and our programming, but they were up for it, and figured out ways to make it work. The first time we hosted the program, they did an absolutely incredible job with making our dining area look sophisticated with linens, and high-end serving ware. They adhered wonderfully to our schedule, even pivoting when we got out early or stayed in programming a little later. Everyone greatly enjoyed the breakfast, lunch and snacks that were served! After our first experience, we had some adjustments that we wanted to make based on our guest preferences and they did an incredible job, listening to our needs and updating our plan. What I also love about this catering team is that they truly are a team and the staff that has worked with us on-site has been incredible, I’m looking at you, Dannell and Michelle. I highly recommend this catering company for corporate events and anything that you want reliable, professional service with a high-quality menu. We will definitely be using them for our future program catering needs. Thank you again!
