I DONT NOT RECOMMEND. Food is okay. However, service not so much. I walked into this establishment approached the register and two other people were allowed to cut me in line. They didn’t even acknowledge me in line. These people are RACIST.

We were passing through the city and loved the choice. I highly recommend it!!! Super friendly people, wonderful food and super fast preparation. We loved the choice and will be back soon.

All of their food is good except for the chicken and sausage gumbo I only got one sausage the chicken was shredded and the gumbo tasted like season water with tomato’s to say it’s a seafood restaurant in Louisiana I expected they gumbo to be better than what it was

My family and I go to Pearl's maybe once every month. The customer service and atmosphere is ALWAYS exemplary. The food, however, was not worth the price we paid. This is the first time that we have been disappointed by what we received. We paid about $20 for what amounted to a kid sized portion of food. Please make no mistakes about what my review is about. The food tastes GREAT! It's just that I'm still hungry. There was one hush puppy, three tiny pieces of fish, and mac. Their portions are usually generous. I'm not sure if this experience was bc it was close to closing time (3pm?) today or what, but the price should match the portion.

The people here are super nice. It's unfortunate that it is not really crawfish season, so our order was very small.."they can't help it." But I found it was very funny that the people who did my oysters on the half shell only brought out 11 when I ordered a dozen! 😆 🤣 😂 They did bring out the 1 they missed after I told them. They're very nice about it.

Got 80lbs of live crawfish, they were very big ones and barely any of them were dead. Very good place to pick up some live seafood if you’re trying to have a boil, super friendly staff and very nice environment. Would definitely purchase from them again!

Pearl's is great! The seafood is really fresh and everything we had at our table was delicious! I got the crabcake stack and it was outstanding! The only tiny things that were off were the music got kinda loud a couple of times and their Barq's products were out on the drink options. Absolutely a solid place for a delicious meal though!

Wheelchair accessibility: There are well thought out handicap accessible ramps and parking at both entrances. Tables have decent space between them and there is a good amount of space for mobility devices to be moved out of the walkways.

We were having trouble finding crawfish for the Super Bowl. Danielle, the owner went out of her way to make sure We had some, despite having a short supply. The entire crew was extremely friendly and treated Us like We were family. I would highly recommend them for any of your seafood needs. We will return soon.

We could've gone to a fast food restaurant for the food & service we received here. The boil shrimp was overcooked & the #2 crabs didn't have much meat in them and the cocktail sauce was horrible. The fried shrimp & sweet potato fries were good, but I received the order about 20 minutes after the other order. Nobody came back to the table to check with us, so I tried to call out to a worker to ask for a box but he had on earbuds, so we had to stand in line about 10 minutes just to get a to go plate. They have televisions, but on different stations with no sound, probably better to have a radio on.

Bought crawfish which had a high price which is because of time is season so I only ordered a couple of pounds. They were so hot seasoned they were inedible. My grand daughter who loves spicy could not eat hers. Then a customer came in and got some and I told him I couldn’t eat them and he said someone messed these up. They are too hot. When I complained to the young lady all she said was sorry. As we were talking a young man came out and heard our conversation and started laughing. Highly disappointed!
