The food was cold and nasty. The bread sticks were stale and the pepperoni melt was so greasy it made me sick. They put way too much cheese or something the grease leaked out the bottom of the box. I’ll never eat here

This review is in regard to the delivery times. They are the worst!!!!! How can an order for someone that literally lives 4 blocks from the store be 30 or more minutes past the supposed delivery time? The food has always been good but typically always long waits.
Horrible horrible service. I placed an order at 5:25, the order said out for delivery, then delivered. I called the store at 6:09 to inquire because it was not delivered and i was told it was sitting on the counter and should be on the way soon. I called back at 6:46, told it was delivered. Assured them it was not. Then I'm told by the manager she knows for a fact mr Mike has it and is out on a double. I ask her to confirm. I'm put on hold, the manager comes back on and tells me i already received my order. Assured her again it was not delivered. I ask for them to expedite the order and I'm told it will be 45 minutes (my original order was supposedly delivered 16 minutes after i ordered it.) I told the manager i wanted the order and i wanted a refund. At this point it is 7PM. She put me on hold and never came back to the phone. Had the original guy I spoke with not lied about it being on the counter and the manager not lied about "Mr. Mike having it" the issue could have been fixed quickly and the 45 minute wait wouldn't have been a huge issue. But, lying and wasting more time, almost 2 hours later refunding and still delivering my order was only logical. This is the second time I've had an issue with this location. I will NEVER order from them again.

The pizza hut on Robert Rd. Is amazing. I get my order on time. Cooked exactly as requested and the delivery people are courteous! Great service.
They gave us the wrong pizza. Then after completing a slice of pizza we found hair in a piece of the leftover sauce and cheese.
