I eat at this restaurant alot. Order pizzas around 2:30 pm today and the app won't let me tell then we'll done. I usually call and let them know. Today I called and was put on hold. No problem you'll be right back? Wrong! Hang up call back. Immediately on hold 5 more minutes. Hang up call back. Immediately on hold again! 20 minutes later I get to the restaurant and the women is on the phone and tells me to hold on as she is over by the oven on the damn phone! I would've understood if she was busy but there where two DAMN orders ready! I dont mind holding but eventually you need to answer the Damn phone!

I’m not sure what was up with tonight, but it took them over an hour to deliver my pizza. Pizza was cold when it got here. Very disappointed. I really should get a refund back.

Absolutely ridicoulous. First, they had no wings available. How is that? And when i asked ok are yall accomadating the rep stated no. Second, i asked for a manager snf the rep decided to not worry about my concern with wanting to speak to Julie. Third, she wasnt able to refund my money for the wings becaus she claimed it was an order online and she wasnt able to refund me. Fourth, i ordered my food which is only one medium pizza that went well over the estimated delivery time. Btw its 1:30 and we still have not gotten a one lonely pizza. I will never order from this place again.

This Pizza Hut location is TOP NOTCH! I ordered online to do pickup in store. When I arrived to pick up my pizzas, the associate at the register was extremely friendly and asked how my evening was going. When my order was ready another gentleman called out my name and when I came to the the counter to pickup my food he opened each box to make sure they made my order correctly. After that I picked up my boxes and he came and opened up the door for me so I could make it to my car, without me askinh. I don't know, I have NEVER had such good service at a chain pizza joint ever in my life. Top notch!
